Cheap plastic connectors
Fan arrived broken, a cheap plastic piece holds the vent Louver weights open and closed. My old unit had a heavy duty plastic piece holding it on. Times has come changed when it comes to quality products.

This is great unit. Old blower made noise only did not pull enough air. Now there is lots of air movement and no more fog in bathroom. It is real quite and was easy to install. two hours to install.
