I love this cable. I have used it to wire up several POE security cameras around the house, and I had remembered how much of a nightmare heading cables had always been in the past. Somehow this cable is made in such a way that I can get the individual wires to straighten out easily enough, yet still be stiff enough to go into the rj45 head and stay in the correct order and not snag as I push through (using push-through heads). I haven't had one failure or had to re-do in the last 8 attempts which is a new record for me. In the past I had to wire up a head several times before the self-test tool would pass. I'm sure this is a combination with buying the right heads and crimper, but I do love that the wires are stiff enough and stay straight as one aligns them. I've had no issues with cable transmissions thus far either.

Fantastic cable, super easy to install and really tough - makes it easy to feed through walls Stiff so can be pushed through walls - managed to push through a tight 500cm hole in brickwork, if the cable is pulled over brocks or a sharp metal part, the outside is slippery and tough enough to not get damaged. Have installed 150m of this through my house, is quite stiff so a bit of a pain when wiring, but the install process was made very easy due to the stiff, slippery outside. If it kinks you can easily bend it back without the cable seeming to be damaged or adding a weak point. Would buy again

Good cable to run from router to access point in garage, works a treat. Only down side is the cable is hard to handle, kinks easily but didn't effect the signal

Used to retrofit Ethernet connections to several rooms in a detached property. The cable definitely feels of good quality compared to indoor CAT6 Ethernet cable, I’ve installed several runs with this cable outside and it negotiates perfectly at 2.5Gbps getting the full speed over iperf3. The quality and UV protection is yet to be proven, but it looks like the quality is there from an initial look! The only small issue is the thickness of the cable and - if you are attempting to terminate these cables with RJ45 terminals, just be aware you may need to remove some of the plastic lining that runs through the cable to fit into the RJ45 terminals. The cable was very easy to bend and route around a chimney stack, without feeling like it may break or split

Very rarely do I leave reviews but this was necessary. Awful quality cable. Arrived bundled on a reel with shrink wrap. Very brittle and difficult to unravel. Installed three 33m straight runs, no twists / turns. Terminated the cable and every length had a twisted pair that was broken. Useless. Had to rip it all out and start again. This is CCA cable, although thats very difficult to notice in the add at first. CCA is inherently brittle, bad for heat dissipation and generally poor quality. I replaced it with 100% copped for very little extra cost. Do yourself a favour and avoid unless you like doing jobs twice. Returned to amazon who will no doubt have a mare that its in a number of bits, at the end of the day, this isn’f fit for purpose and shouldn't even be on sale in my opinion.

To avoid damaging interior decor, I ran this cable around the outside of the house to extend the lan to a room with poor WiFi reception. The cable is stiff and best uncoiled before installing, but otherwise easy to use and worked first time. Good price for a good product.

Das Kabel ist genau dass was in der Artikelbeschreibung beschrieben wird. Ich bin kein Elektromeister kenne mich aber dafür ausreichend mit den Spezifikationen von Netzwerkkabeln aus. Würde ich das Kabel empfehlen? jein. Für kurze Netzwerkstrecken, auf denen keine PoE Geräte aufgelegt werden, kann man das Kabel sicherlich verwenden. Für längere Strecken oder Nutzung mit PoE Geräten würde ich eher zumindest zu einem Kabel mit Gesamtschirm S/UTP oder S/FTP und aus 100% Kupfer raten. zudem würde ich bei Verlegekabeln wie dieses eines ist heutzutage zumindest ein Kabel des Standards Cat6A verlegen, da diese nach Spezifikation und bei richtiger Verlegung 10Gbit/s tauglich sind. In folgendem Absatz eine Kurze Übersicht was das Kabel ist/nicht ist: Das Kabel ist: - Ein Verlege Kabel, hat also starre Adern - Cat. 6 was ohne Schirmung noch einigermaßen möglich ist - Ein UTP Kabel, man könnte hier genauer sein es mit der aktuell gültigen Bezeichnung U/UTP Kabel führen. - Aus CCA (copper-clad aluminium) was nicht optimal ist, vor allem wenn man PoE Geräte betrieben möchte. Gehen tut es trotzdem in den meisten fällen. Das Kabel ist nicht: - Geschirmt (siehe UTP) - Ein Erdkabel, steht aber auch nicht in der Artikelbeschreibung - Cat 6a, was ohne Schirmung nur mit deutlich dickeren Kabeln möglich ist
