Works nicely but definitely hurts your teeth the next day. I recommend putting them on in the morning so the pain is mostly overnight and won't be as bad the next day. Easy to apply. Slight bitter taste but nothing too bad.

I tried every whitening technique available, including the expensive dentist whitening procedure utilizing light equipment and even tried painting my teeth white, but nothing changed their color in the slightest. Simply open up a packet and apply it onto your top and bottom teeth. If you have crooked teeth, it will be a bit harder to get the strip to make contact with it, but it is fairly flexible so just pull/push it into place. Leave it on your teeth for 30 minutes and then take it off. I usually brush my teeth right after taking it off as it leaves some residue gel on your teeth otherwise. Do not brush your teeth before applying ' according to the instructions! Speaking of brushing ' I also purchased the complementary toothpaste to go with this whitening kit to optimize my results.================Performance:Excellent! I am honestly surprised. I always thought these whitening strips were a marketing ploy and a complete scam, but I managed to grab a box of these (actually 2 boxes ' 1 for my sister) at a sale price so it was worth a try. They claim you see results after 3 uses ' I don't necessarily agree with that. But after making use of all 14 packets, I definitely saw results. My teeth are noticeably whiter now, and my family and friends have commented on them as well ' without me asking. . Side note ' I didn't use the 14 days continuously. The reason was because I did experience some tooth sensitivity the day after using this, which lasted a couple hours. It wasn't unbearable, but it was noticeable. I used it for a few days at a time continuously, and then took a day off. I used 4 days in a row, took a day off, 6 days in a row, and took a day off, then the final 4 days in a row. I bought these after a dentists told me Crest Whitestrips are the most effective and affordable at home whitening kit, and yes they do work. I noticed my teeth were whiter after using them as instructed by the package instructions.The cons are that the product tastes bad (very chemically) and resulted in some pretty significant tooth and gum sensitivity, which can be expected. The whitening agent temporarily bleached my gums with each use. The strips stay put for the most part but by the end of each use did slide a bit which was unpleasant.I would use again but it isn't an enjoyable product.

These whitestrips are super powerful, and I saw results within the first 3 days. However, my teeth became so sensitive that I couldn't function throughout my day because I was in so much pain, nor could I sleep without taking a pain killer. I use toothpaste for sensitive teeth and I've never had an issue with teeth sensitivity before, but this was extremely painful. By the end of the first week, I started to use these every other day to ease the pain a bit.Besides sensitivity, my teeth became incredibly dehydrated during the first week. This is something I didn't even realize was possible, but they literally felt dry and dehydrated and achy. It was a terrible feeling.I've used Crest Classic Vivid Whitestrips before, and I found the results to be exactly the same - but those are a) cheaper, b) only 10 treatments long, and c) not painful in the slightest. Opt for those instead.
