I bought a Pinpoxe aloe vera gel two years ago; it was absolutely brilliant for burns of all types as well as any generally skin inflammation. This product has the same name but is not the same product. Not only is it completely ineffective for burns, sunburns and general skin irritation, it also does not dry. So if you just applied it for sunburn, it's going to stick to whatever you put on top. Completely useless.

As stated in the headline, this product is not even close to being 100% natural or organic. Doesn't list the source of the ingredients, so conceivably could be a mix of brake fluid, alcohol and formaldehyde.
