Q: The box in the main picture says "Premier" but the box under this item shows "flex & seal". Which is it?

The lids are same as Premier. The bowls are not Premier. Bowls are plastic flex seal.

Q: what do you find the difference is between flex seal and the solid lidded ones? Other than the window.

I find they keep things fresher longer, I can make a salad, and it last for weeks without turning brown. Put a paper towel in there also to absorb moisture.

Q: are these Microwave-safe base; dishwasher safe, freezer safe, and BPA free ?

Yes to all but BPA free... and I have no idea.. you would have to contact Rubbermaid.
