This exercise bar is awesome. I am really trying to get in better shape for the new year and this has been working great. It can be used for so much more than just your normal pull ups and chin ups, which I love. I really like being able to use it to hold my feet for set ups, and just love the all around workout that it provides. It comes with good instructions that are easy to follow and it is easy to sit up. Also, the build quality is really good. This bar is solid and attaches well. It isn't going to fall off while you are working out or break your door frame. If you are looking for an all in one exercise bar, then this one is a great choice.

I bought it for my child he is 20 kg, it good and sturdy But I dont think I can use it 78 Kg

I bought this for my Fiancee. He hasn't been able to hit the gym since the Pandemic started so he was going a little batty. He LOVES it. Started using it as soon as he'd installed it. He told me the hand-grips are really comfortable due to all the padding and it goes almost the entire length of the bar. He said he wouldn't need gloves because of that. The bar isn't going ANYWHERE. I'm a hefty gal and I yanked on it. Nothing. Not a budge. the install brackets are perfect and the anti-slip screws keep everything taught and firm. The bar is quite heavy and so very sturdy. made me feel confident knowing he's not going to fall and break his back. I would absolutely recommend this product! Great value for the price. Also, the brackets are very small so they are unimposing. A little putty filler would clean them up quickly if you chose to move the bar later.

We purchased this bar for my son's room so that he could practice pull ups for ninja training. It was easy to install, very sturdy, and the grip is extremely comfortable. We had tried several other brands previously, but this was the favorite by far. Both my sons liked it so much, we purchased a second one so that they could work out together. The first one has been up for over a year now and is going strong. Would definitely recommend this product.

Impressed with this product. It came with all pieces needed, and it was pretty easy to install. I've only used it for about a week or so, but it seems to be very strong & held to the wall well with the included screws. Bar has a soft grip which is comfortable to hold, and doesn't get sore on long workouts. Overall good product, would recommend especially for the price!!
