You can listen to the various Woodstock chimes on their website, which I did before purchasing to different sets of chimes here on Amazon. Both of the ones I bought are beautiful sounding, the tones are rich, deep and long lasting. This size is nice too - medium in size but substantial and well made. Well worth the price here on Amazon, and the recipient of this gift was really happy. This one is dark, a soft black, and is very striking in person.

High quality, beautiful sound. My second season using them in a moderately windy environment. Don't hesitate. Rich, deep sound. Soothing.

Great chime: wonderful rich green color, wood holds up to weather (snow, rain, sun, wind). Great tones & very melodic. One of my favorites (we have 4 hung in various locations). The chimes are wonderful & delightful to hear. An added bonus: they seem to detour the rattlesnakes away from the locations where they chime. We have endemic rattlesnake migrations through our acreage. The decrease in rattlesnakes close to residence or areas where chimes are hung has been significant. Highly recommend these chimes.

Great quality, especially for the money! I purchased a set for myself, and my mother loved them so much that I decided to give a set to her for her birthday. She was delighted! As I sat on my patio one morning, I kept "hearing" Amazing Grace in my head, and to my delight, I figured out that it was the chime tones that was reminding me of the song. They must be tuned to the notes of that song. Very well worth the money.

I listened to the sound prior to purchase on Woodstock's website and knew this is the one I wanted. The sounds are soft, calming and peaceful…..makes you want to close your eyes and relax. The day this came, it was a little windy and I so enjoyed lounging in my living room drinking tea with the soft notes from this wind chime. : ) Will be ordering two more for family.

I hung these on my porch and the soothing melody just cheers me up whenever I am outside. I have had this for nearly a year now, my area tends to be pretty windy, so these tend to chime away quite regularly. They have held up pretty well, I might just get one more to keep as a spare.

Very nice sounding chime. Nice unobtrusive color. Chime sound is not as tinkly sounding as some. I have another of same brand. I bring them in for winter, but otherwise no maintenance. Highly recommended. Nice wind chime.
