I like these cartridges they work very well in my Epson printer.

This works great! Easy to put in. Quality is good. I would buy this again.

Ink is good. Instructions are a bit foggy but works ok

I bought the cartridges as a back up because I did not want to go to the store immediately to buy when I finally needed, when I needed them, none of them would work. By that point, I was past the return date so I threw them in the trash. I don’t know if my printers manufacture did not allow generic? But after posting the above review, the manufacturer reached out to me and gave me an Amazon credit for $45 I spent. That was definitely above and beyond and for that reason I would recommend them. Even though it did not work for my printer, I’m assuming it probably works for most or they would not sell. I would just suggest trying one before the return date. Hats off to them for reaching out to me … you don’t find customer service like that anymore. :)

I purchased this aftermarket ink jet cartridge hoping to save some money compared to OEM Epson cartridges, but it was a complete waste. My Epson printer flat-out refused to recognize the cartridge, no matter what I tried. I followed all the usual tricks—reinstalling, cleaning contacts, resetting the printer, you name it. I even tested it in a second Epson printer, and still no luck. The cartridge might as well be a paperweight.The build quality seemed decent enough, but if the printer won’t acknowledge it, it’s useless. I ended up buying OEM cartridges to get my printers working again, which defeated the whole purpose of going aftermarket. Save yourself the frustration and stick with Epson’s own cartridges. I won’t be buying these again.

After my original review (below) this company's customer service reached out to me to offer a refund for the defective item. I was impressed that (1) they reached out to me and that I didn't have to chase them down, and (2) instead of refunding only the one cartridge (out of 5) that was defective, they offered a full refund in the form of an Amazon credit. They didn't have to do that and I feel they went above and beyond to make the problem with the one cartridge right. For this reason, I've updated my review and rating, and will not hesitate to purchase from them again knowing they stand behind their products. Also, it's worth noting that these cartridges work perfectly in my Epson WF-3640.These cartridges seem to be good replacements for the original Epson ones that are much more expensive. However, one of the black cartridges leaked within the sealed plastic, making it unusable. It would have been a better deal if all the cartridges were usable, especially the black one since that's the one used the most.

My print volumes are so low I got tired of buying expensive genuine cartridges and watching most of the ink simply evaporate over time.I purchased a new set of these refilled cartridges and received a box that had clearly been used and returned. One of the ten cartridges had been installed already - it’s pouch was torn open and the pull tab had also been removed, the seal where it attaches to the printer has been punctured, and it was leaking/smearing ink within the pouch and on my hands. I disposed of that (Amazon provided a partial credit) and the rest of the cartridges have been performing fine so far over the last 2-3 months. The printer does recognize them as non-Genuine Epson, so if you're hoping to fool your printer... no dice. But acknowledging the warning allowed printing to proceed. Decent value for my old and out-of-warranty printer and my low print volume, even having to throw out one of the cartridges.

The cartridges were recognized instantly by the printer. Of course the printer give you a warning of non Epson original ink but after agreeing to use that ink everything printed good. I've seen complaints about the quality of the ink but if you're trying to print photos you better expend the big money for the original ones. For the average everyday use this cartridges are perfect.
