Epoxy Resin Clear,DigiHero 2 part epoxy resin crystal 16 Ounce(500ml) kit for wood,jewelry and table top

I received mine in the mail today. The hardener bottle had leaked and the outside of it was sticky. I could barely get the cap off of it. I have already mixed some up and put into jewelry molds. The product had a lot of air bubbles come to the surface, but no matter what I did I could not get them to pop. Not sure about this one.Update: 48 hours after pulling pieces from their molds, they are still flexible and not fully hard. The bottle states that it cures in 24 hours. I still cannot get the air bubbles out no matter which method or tool I use. While mixing up a second batch last night, the tip came off of one of the bottles into my cup and a large amount spilled into it. Ruined that entire batch as it was the 2nd half of the mix. I am NOT a happy customer!

I've never used resin, so please take this review with a grain of salt.I did not stir the resin and hardener separately first and then tried to microwave the bubbles....first of all - don't. I didn't know that resin heats up as it settles/hardens so I pulled a smoky, smelly melted mess out of the microwave after 20 seconds. So then....I read the bottles, watched some youtube vids and got myself back in the game with some measuring cups, stir sticks and rubber gloves.After stirring the resin and hardener, I saw tons of little bubbles and was worried, but as it cured(?), the bubbles started to disappear. After sitting for 8 hours, all the bubbles were gone. I was very happy with my finished items.The only reason this has gotten a 4 star instead of a 5 is the smoky spots in my plastic domes that happened the first time I did everything right. Not sure why that is but I have been pouring in sections instead of all at once and that seems to alleviate that issue. I also gave it 4 because there appears to be more resin than hardener, which seems odd, but with the measuring cups is true.

Unfortunately I have to report that his stuff is useless, at least my hands. I am very careful with measuring the two parts, mix thoroughly, and cure at room temperature.I have tried two different lots, and I have yet to have a batch that fully cures. If you are in to flexible castings, this may be the stuff for you, but if you want a rock hard material that cures in a reasonable amount of time, avoid this product.

The box arrived damaged but the 2 bottles were there. If there were other instructions other then what's on the bottles I did not receive them. I poured my thin bookmark mold yesterday following the 1 -1 parts A & B. 1/2 oz A, 1/2 oz. B -- label on bottle says 30 minute work time 24 hour cure time -- 28 hours later they are still in liquid form.

This product is great, My only problem was that it wasn't enough to cover my table. Now I have table that is very bumpy and shinny . My plan is to sand and reapply with a larger quantity of resin. So my advice is to order more than you think you will need.

More resin than hardner, Hardner looks a little yellow... resin leaked quite a bit. So idk. This is my first time working with resin. I'll try to update my review. Later lol

The WORST! The finish on the surface of my project (coasters) was NOT SMOOTH. It dried with a webby looking crepe surface. This ruined my project, destroyed my materials, and will cost me money to replace. I want my money back! DO NOT BUY this one if you need that smooth high gloss finish!
