The good things about these telescopic folding specs from Eye-Spec are:1. They fold up to half the size of normal specs by hinging in the middle at the nose bridge and having telescoped extendable ear rests2. The hard-material, hinged case is well designed, durable and small enough to fit in the front pocket of your jeans; this case is available in several funky primary colours, so if you ever drop the case on the ground it’s very easy to find (especially the bright yellow one in poor light)3. They are available in graded lens magnification from 1.0 to 3.5Limitations1. The folding-portability feature has a drawback in that the specs are so small they just perch onto your nose, so are OK for reading restaurant menus or product labels in shops but not great for extended periods of use2. The small size and extra complexity from the hinges render the specs less durable than full-size frames from your optometristAs I need specs only for reading small print, I carry a pair literally everywhere and find the pocket-size super-convenient. People ask me all the time where they can buy them.

Nice and compact. Strong case. Only negative was the little nose pieces were a bit sharp, therefore uncomfortable. Ok to wear for very short periods.

I bought a pair of these initially on recommendation, but soon bought a second. I will get more as required.The glasses are light, and as robust as is possible for the size. Outside the box they can be worn, or put on a table like any other specs. They fold up to fit into a small wooden box the size of a cigarette lighter, which protects them when not in use.Being longsighted I don't need to wear glasses all the time. My prescription glasses, though good, are cumbersome to carry in a pocket in their case. This solves that problem. I can leave them at home and take these which work just as well.

Others have commented on sturdiness and convenience. My concern is that only the centre of the lenses are optically clear. Looking through the sides, top or bottom is blurred. Certainly OK for a small amount of reading but reading a newspaper is tedious as it involves a lot of head movement.

They are just what I was hoping for good lenses and looks like they are well made only time will tell

Very cute and easy to put in pocket. The frame is very sturdy as well, I will recommend to anyone looking for a pair of glasses to easily carry around in pocket

Nehme die Brille überall mit, brauche jetzt keine Lesebrille mehr auf dem Kopf 😉 Rausholen, aufklappen fertig ✔️ wie lange ich die Brille so auf und wieder zuklappen kann ,kann ich nicht beurteilen, aber bisher (ca.1 Monat) funktioniert es tadellos 🔝
