World Classic Art Masterpiece Tapestry Series Sandro Botticelli The Birth of Venus 1484–86. Classical Art Tapestry Antique Vintage Collection Home Décor

I'm a big fan of Sandro Botticelli and I really appreciate that this famous painting was made into a tapestry. Material is soft and nice. The image is cropped, of course. The image itself is a bit blurry but what bothers me is that its perspective was stretched and the faces become distorted, kinda weird when you look closely (see pics); but from far it does fine. I mean with the low price, I can't complain.

i did not realize that the n*pple would not be censored. i do not know how i will be able to be a christian child of god knowing that this tapestry has exposed me to a n*pple. send help and priest mike.

LOVE this Turner piece! It arrived faster than expected and with a little warm ironing, the creases came out perfectly. The fabric is light and soft, too, so I just used thumb tacks to secure it. The colors are vibrant! Would definitely recommend!

Bright colors and great, large size to cover a wall. My roommates and I ordered this since we are all history majors and wanted to truly embrace our shared interest by decorating our common areas with as much history as we could. The iconic General Washington crossing the Delaware was a must when we laid our eyes on it.

Hanging this up gave our college apartment some class and patriotism, but it doesn't look like we play beer pong and do keg stands every weekend. 10/10 recommend

I purchased the largest size size possible and being that this is made in China I was worried the quality would be horrible but no it looks great. Took about a month to arrive

I am so impressed by this product. I was looking on society6 for a good sized tapestry to put above my bed, not only was this product less than half the price of the other Waterhouse tapestry I was looking at, the quality of the print vastly exceeded my expectations. Would absolutely recommend.

A beautiful masterpiece & I absolutely LOVE IT. However, I was wondering about the technical information of this tapestry. If it’s the birth of Venus, who is Roman btw why would she be depicted as if she’s just born from the foam of the ocean? I mean the Greek civilization originated first isn’t it? So basically the title should be “Birth of Aprodhite”. Think about it and correct me if I’m wrong? 😊
