I notice how some orders contain both new and old labels. I assume Mars didn't only change the look of the labels, but the contents as well. I have 4 Shih Tzus who are all toy driven and only eat Royal Canin dry and Cesar loafs. In the last year or so, they all seem to be snubbing the Cesar more than usual. But lately as the company mixes old and new labels, the dogs go crazy for the same flavor new lable, and completely snub the same favor with the old label. And I tested this whole theory. I'd open 3 new chicken trays, and one Chicken with the old label. My 1 year old still has that puppy piggy appetite so she got the old label. She stood there and looked at me and wanted nothing to do with it. I opened another new Chicken label and she ate it all up. This is not Amazon's fault but I had no choice but to put in a return on occasion because they would rather be on a hunger strike than eat something that smells the same no matter the favor, to the human nose. The new labels clearly smell....Different - and the dogs come running for it now.
