Quite a nice pillow. For those who don't enjoy a firm pillow, this isn't for you as it can take some getting used to. However, it is quite cool and comfortable to sleep with, and it seems to be durable as well. It is a little high, so the height combined with the firmness can leave your neck sore for a bit until you figure it out.

Its comfortable and is nice and cool on the one side as advertised. It DID stink when I got it, like others have said, but if you open up the zipper with the material exposed and then place a fan on it for an hour or two, the smell goes away.

The two pillows came vacuum packed. I opened them let them sit and they fluffed right up. The pillows are comfortable to sleep with and i'm happy that I purchased them.

I’ve had my sleep change so much from this pillow I had to give a review. I had a major back fusion surgery and my sleep is awful due to neck, head and back pain. I since buying this pillow I can sleep for hours without having to wake up and readjust. I actually took some of the foam pieces out (which is fantastic to have the ability to adjust the pillow to meet your needs) and washed the pillow case before using. The material is very soft and pulls heat away from my head. If you do not like the cooling aspect a pillow case over solves that. I typically push and mold the pillow to fit my neck and head and it stays in that position. It arrived flat and expanded in 5 minutes. The filling is invaded in a separate case from the pillow case itself which was helpful when removing some of the foam. The appearance is of high quality and pillow case material is thick and well made.

These are hands down the best pillows I’ve found for hot sleepers! They stay cool throughout the night and have made sleeping so much more comfortable. My favorite feature is that they’re adjustable. I switch between sleeping on my stomach and my side, so being able to customize the amount of filling made it easy to find the perfect level of support. No matter how I sleep, these pillows stay comfortable and supportive. The memory foam is soft without going flat, and the pillows fluffed up nicely after opening. If you’re a hot sleeper or need a pillow that can adapt to different sleeping positions, I highly recommend these. They’ve made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep!

Each pillow cover has 2 sides, one marked for cooling, and the other a different fabric. The cooling side is about the same effectiveness as having a silk or satin pillow cover. It's only cool when you first touch it. The cooling side doesn't seem to absorb or wick moisture, so if you are sweaty - it keeps the moisture in place. You'll definitely want a regular pillow case over the pillow cover. In fact, if you suffer from night sweats, the non-cooling side is actually more comfortable. The pillow fill is ample, and simple to squish around for more support for your neck, etc. Think bean bag. But it will retain your impression after use. I find I need to do as I did when I had down pillows - give it a few good shakes in the morning when I make the bed to get it evened out for the coming night. In all, it is a well-made and comfortable pillow to sleep on, but it does not excel in cooling.

Absolutely great product. I struggle to find pillows that are actually firm. This pillow is actually holds its shape when using. It offers great neck support, If it’s too firm- it’s designed so you can take some of the filling out safely. Great quality. And the cooling side actually stays cool.

This is a day one report on these pillows. Firstly, these are true 20x30 pillows which I really wanted as most of my so called "queen" pillows are only 20x28. May not sound much but 20x28 are noticeably smaller on my queen beds and noticeably smaller than my Egyptian Cotton queen linen sets. When I first opened these, as you'd expect they were vacuum sealed and the pamphlet recommended waiting 24 hours to fluff up. I must have bought the "magic" set then.... cos mine fluffed up fully within about 4 hours. I left them about 9 hours before putting them on the bed and I can assure you they were so puffed up, they looked like they were going to burst... The best news was they fitted the Queen pillow case covers perfectly. The even better news is that for the first night in a long long time, I had the most comfortable nights rest and woke up without any neck pain etc. I had no issues with the "smell" others report. If yours do smell, throw them in the dryer for a couple of hours on cool or no-heat, that works according to other reviewers. I will say upfront, the included pillow case cover which has one side for cooling did appear to be noticeably cooler to the touch while being air fluffed for 8 hours but I can't say I noticed anything obvious during the night. However, I live in Arizona and it's always hot here. Still, I also did not have any neck or head sweats like I did with my old pillows and I was resting on the cool side. For what it's worth, even though these have a washable protector cover on them, I wash my covers and pillowcases weekly and rotate them with a spare set. However, as it doesn't appear you can buy these included special covers on their own, I've purchased another set of these pillows and also some 20x30 cotton washable protectors that can be ironed. ps. I iron my sheets too.... Nothing more comfortable than slipping into freshly washed and ironed bed linen. So far, I highly recommend these. They work great for me. I'll update my review in a few weeks time if anything changes.

My husband likes it but I wish they were firmer.

I am pretty happy with this pillow. To be honest - I wish it was a LITTLE bit thicker with more stuffing - but it is just about perfect. One side has the "cooling" coating - I think they call it the bamboo coating. But it is noticeably cool. My wife tells me not to push that side into her back or she will jump - so it really is noticeable. Overall I find that it supports my knees such that I don't feel any discomfort while sleeping (normal aging stiffness with sore lower back and tight hamstrings). I am not sure how I will eventually clean it when it needs to be washed - but for now - a good purchase.

No better at cooling than any other regular pillow.

These pillows are customizable and amazing. I removed some of the filling as suggested and it is so comfortable. My husband used to sleep with two pillows but he loves his the way it came and only needs the one pillow. No more stiff necks in the morning plus they were very affordable!

Says it is for a toddler. It might be a bit high for a toddler, but it fits for an adult. The cooling is quite nice!!
