This printer does everything! I was so happy when i received it. If you are worried about the ink cartridge prices then just look them up online through other sellers. I have found mine for $15 for the XL versions and they work amazingly! This has double sided printing, fax, great printing on glossy paper and HP Printables which is all that I wanted

HP Printer was defective when it arrived. I hired someone to install it but he said it was broken. Of course I paid him the $30 an hour he charges because he had to help me return the product to Amazon which asked me to print some kind of return slip which I couldn't because the printer I ordered from Amazon was broken.

This refurbished printer looks and performs as well and a new product. Very satisfied with the price and quality of this printer. Would definitely buy HP refurbished again.

Excellent

I thought the printer worked fine until I tried to print on an envelope via Stamps.com and via word. The addresses kept getting cut off. I figured it wasn't too big of a problem since it was the address of the sender and I could just manually write in the address but now the printer refuses to scan to computer. My laptop is recognized and I am able to click through, but when it initiates scanning, it says loading for a minute and then says connection to my laptop was lost. I used a usb connector.

Has problems with print heads

It's a little slow, but the quality is satisfactory for the price. It took me awhile to figure out that scanning and copying 2-sided documents could only be done on the plate, not from the auto-feed. My home-office setup is quite basic, but I've been spoiled by the corporate office quality machines. I'm starting to get the hang of this machine.
