6 weeks of use, truly a horrible chair.
I have now been using this chair for 6+ weeks and I can honestly say this is the worst chair I have ever had the misfortune to sit it. The only thing it has going for it is that it looks great, which is fine if you just want it as an ornament to look at rather than actually sit in.It creeks and squeaks constantly. The seat part of the chair is tilted forward just enough so that you constantly have to push yourself back up the seat or slide on to the floor. The back rest adjustment its so hard to operate because once you release the lever to adjust it you cannot click it back in to place without getting out of the chair and using both hands to force it back in. The most important reason to not buy this chair is that it is actually painful to sit in, like not just uncomfortable but actually physically painful after about 30 minutes. I have adjusted every single setting, consulted the instructions and there is no way to improve this chair.I cannot stress this enough, do not waste your money on this chair. If I could give it zero stars I would, actually I feel like it owes me stars.

Fantastic chair for work and gaming
I can confirm is really comfortable, the armrests are at the perfect height and it's very comfortable for both work and gaming. I bought it to work from home and the quality overall is really high. The only critic in my opinion is the excursion of the seat height adjustment cause it's very limited.*Review Update after a month of use*: the chairs become very squeeky and noisy, so I suggest using some universal lube oil when mounting it on each bolt

Used one for a year. Can't recommend it.
I tried my best to give it a chance. Bought the chair because I wanted a good looking comfortable chair. Used the chair for a year, despite being unimpressed by it a few weeks into using it.My observations:1. Within a month, the seat foam had completely flattened and hardened like a board. I bought a cushion in an attempt to salvage the chair, which made it bearable over the next year, but not comfortable.2. The lumbar "support" cushion similarly lost its shape within a month. However, the cushion itself seemed to do more harm than good anyway. Removing the cushion actually helped with back pain and nerve problems, very possibly linked to the use of the lumbar cushion anyway. Removing the cushion, however, makes the chair unusable because of the next point.3. Although possibly more of a problem with gaming chairs in general, the cup-shaped backrest looks cool but is atrociously uncomfortable. The shape pushes my shoulders forward keeping me permanently semi-slouched, but with a bend on my back from the lumbar cushion. Without the cushion, however, the backrest is too deep for me to use. Maybe the chair is designed for smaller people, but needless to say, the backrest was painful to use. Again, because I couldn't be bothered to buy a new chair, I placed a thin rolled-up blanket between me and the backrest to make the chair usable.4. Within a year of regular use, however, the hinge on the backrest broke off. I'm a 6ft bloke, around 85kg, so maybe I'm not the target audience of this chair, but I do treat my furniture with care. Despite this, the welds on the pieces of metal holding the screws to the frame broke. I'm not sure why they couldn't just have the screws go through the frame itself, but the welds were maybe too weak anyway. (Careful when this happens, because the backrest is going to collapse backwards and smash anything behind you. I had my guitar behind me.)Some ok points:- the armrests did not fall off, though they were wobbly and squeaky despite being screwed all the way in.- it was easy to assemble.Overall, especially for 99 pounds, I can't recommend the chair. I can't tell if higher quality gaming chairs are better, but in my experience, cheap office chairs were a lot more comfortable than this. Using this chair for a year was a bad idea. I can't tell if my back pain is a result of it, but it certainly did not help.

Better for short to medium sized humans, prepare for wobbly creakiness
The appearance is good and the instructions are simple to follow. The chair was somewhat awkward to put together. Specifically because of loose attachments that make the entire chair feel somewhat rickety.. All of the working parts of the chair from the swivel to the elevation and recline are jerky and are frustrating to interact with making it challenging to achieve a comfortable setting and when you find one you'll want to leave it exactly where it is. The seat doesn't rest comfortably on its base and sometimes you'll find yourself stretching your back compensating for the wobble.Don't buy if you are tall, most of the features designed to add comfort and support are not particularly adjustable and if you have wide shoulders and are taller you'll find yourself hunching forward or awkwardly pressed by the supports. A friend came around and used it about 5, 10" and didn't seem to have the same issues.Delivery was good
