Almost Perfect!
My nearly 15-year-old B&D corded drill finally went to that home improvement toolbox in the sky, and I needed to get a new one for the small chores around the house. This one came with a bunch of stuff including two batteries. It's a drill and it does drill stuff well. It has a good weight, it's nicely balanced, and it works. It allows me to get in spaces that I couldn't with the corded drill, and that means that I've been able to catch up on "Honey Do" chores. The only downside, and this is important for those in the US, is that the drills, sockets, etc., are all metric. Since it's advertised as a 3/8" drill, I had naturally assumed that those parts would be in standard units, too, but that's not the case. But it's not a problem. I still have the drills, etc., from my DeWalt kits that I had purchased for use with my old B&D, and they work just fine. It's important to me because a lot of things are in standard measurements, not metric, but at least from the drill's point of view, that doesn't matter.Longevity remains to be seen since it's replacing a very old American standard. But it works well and I can recommend it with the caveat.

Good beginners drill kit
I bought 3 drills. I'll list pros and cons of each.1. Random name brand V VONTOX, item B07VFCR85S. This one feels good in the hand, has good controls and a good balanced feel, similar to a DeWalt. It's very lightweight. The battery charger is very basic and tiny, fitting inside the case. Comes with 2 batteries, some cheap bits, which works for the most part, and a hard case. Overall, good starter drill set. Batteries last a long time even after hours of usage. It also has a light that tells you how much battery is left. However, it's got a 3/8 chuck so it won't be able to use big 1/2 inch drill bits.2. DeWalt DCD771C2, item B00ET5VMTU. Good ergonomic design. Comes with 2 batteries and a decent bag to carry other tools, which you need to buy. Doesn't come with anything. Would have been nice to have a hard case though.3. Worx WX102L, item B08XSJ6B13. Comes with 1 battery and a very cheap carry bag, similar to cheap reusable bags, and no real tools. The design is poorly thought out. The shorter back end means as you pick up the drill, it is heavier on the front end and the tool starts to droop forward. It's not balanced. It also feels a slight bit heavier. The battery release button is in the back, not the front so it's very awkward to remove. The other two drills, you basically cup the bottom of the battery and press the release with your thumb and slide. This one, you have to reverse your hand, press with your thumb and have to spread your fingers to hold the front end of the battery. Harder to do and very awkward. The alternative is you point the drill to your face to remove the battery. Also, the 1 and 2 speeds are not in the same position as the other two drills. Finally, the controls are not fine like the other two drills. Barely pressing the trigger sends a lot of power and it starts spinning rapidly. After releasing the trigger, the DeWalt stops spinning immediately whereas this one continues to spin for a second. Going to return the Worx.BTW, sparks are normal for non-brushless motors. Brushless motors don't spark and lasts longer.

My husband loves this
My husband needed a new drill and I was looking for one to buy him. I read the other reviews on this and showed it to him and he thought it sounded good. After we received it he tried it and has used it on several items now and it is still doing great. It is good quality for the price.

Small, but feels solid
My 20 year old Makita drill finally died and I needed a new one. When this arrived it instantly felt good in my hand. It's easy to load and unload the drill bits and it comes with a small supply of bits and screwdrivers. That was an unexpected bonus. It also comes with two batteries and a snake-like thing that allows you to drill or screwdrive around a corner and/or in tight places. It's hard to describe just how nicely this fits in my hand. It seems a little bit smaller than the Makita. It's definitely lighter (which is nice) and the bright orange color makes it look rally sharp.I'm just a weekend handyman, I'm not someone who makes my living with tools and this is really the perfect drill for our household. FWIW, my wife also likes this drill, she does the occasional craft project that requires drill and hammer and saw. We have a desk and bookcase to put together this weekend and I'm looking forward to using this for all the screws.

This drill works great.
The drill and accessories are great. I charged the battery's twice and the battery charger stopped working. This was three weeks after return date ran out. I now have to find a 20 volt charger for the batterys or the drill is worthless.

Buy a better brand
Got this in November 2022, worked good for what i needed but now one of the the batteries wont even charge, dont know if its the batteries or charger (charger lite doesnt work like it says it is suppose to which would be nice to tell when it is charged) dont think it is the charger on account of the one good one charges. plus they dont hold a charge for long.Re: Was contacted by seller after my review and they went out of their way to remedy this. This is how businesses should work. I am well pleased with them and if the occasion comes up again i would definitely deal with this seller again

Wasted money
The drill failed to perform on the home wall. A complete waste of money. Returning is an unviable option since it cost the same amount I paid for the item (to be returned to Las Vegas). Felt cheated. Would not consider Amazon going forward if I am buying in Singapore.
