I really enjoy this with diet ginger ale. It has a grown up taste and is not too sweet. Great alternative to alcohol. I don't notice any floaty feelings or feel more sociable when drinking it. I tend to only have 1 or 2 drinks due to it being expensive but it is cheaper on subscription from Amazon then buying directly from Three Spirits because you can just buy one bottle at a time and it is still free delivery for prime members.

I’ve bought this many times, it’s nice, it definitely is mood altering in a positive way, but something important to note is that I always have this weird sort of hangover the next day?! not sure why but it doesn’t put me off buying it

I wanted to find something as a decent alternative while my wife is pregnant and I am still yet to find it. Considering this is non alcoholic so no duty to pay, the price is far too high for the small bottle you get. The drink itself, neat tastes of balsamic vinegar. Whilst it makes a great looking Espresso Martini it really doesn’t taste good, the vinegar flavours come through too strongly. I wouldn’t recommend buying.

Served with komucha and ice this drimk does taste like an adult beverage. On its own it tastes like a spoiled red wine. The flavour is tart, vinegary and sweet. Not really strong enough as a mixer hence the requirement for something punchy like kombucha. Regarding the claims of getting a buzz and feeling chatty, I got nothing and drank at least 200ml in one sitting. Couldn't feel anything at all. A spoonful of calpol for kids would give a stronger buzz. At 25 quid it isn't a cheap drink and without the buzz it wouldn't replace alcohol for me. For that reason I'd rather just buy a low alcohol drink or just drink alcohol free beer.

I had really high hopes for this as I’ve tried a number of non alcoholic spirits and had been waiting to get this one for a while, but sadly, this didn’t hit the mark at all. Okay taste but absolutely nothing special and I didn’t feel any effects of the herbs or botanicals as advertised. Really disappointed to be honest especially as it’s not on the lower end of things in terms of price for similar things. The branding and packaging is lovely, that’s it though! May appeal more to others but personally, I won’t be finishing the bottle or buying more.

While the taste is nothing special this drink has a noticeable effect. Probably quite good for concentrating - although other positive effects… In my view best drunk neat like a port which does make it expensive compared to competitors which might not be so pscychoactive but do work better in mixers.

The Elixir promises much but sadly doesn’t deliver. The taste is unusual and almost savoury, I quite liked it - think ‘prune juice boiled with cider vinegar and cracked black pepper’, which is not unpleasant if you like bitter/dry, but doesn’t really offer a kick like ginger based products do. The texture and colour is rather like beetroot juice. I personally felt no mood enhancing effects having tried a large double shot before eating to give it a fair chance! If it was at least half the price I might consider buying it again, but frankly way too expensive for what it delivers.

It's not going to get you buzzed like alcohol, but it will get you buzzed on life! If you're abstaining (or even if you're not), this elixir is the way to go. I can easily detect the Damiana, but it's not overpowering. It's a perfect blend: just strong enough to give you the feels. If you're not used to using herbs or drinking bold liquor, it does blend very nicely with ginger ale or ginger beer, as well as unsweetened almond milk with vanilla. Even just a couple ounces of water temper it greatly for slow sipping. Highly recommend!

I recently tried an alcohol substitute elixir, and while it tasted fine, it completely failed to deliver on its promises. I expected it to provide a similar relaxed or flirty feeling to alcohol, but it didn’t give me the slightest buzz. For the price, which was comparable to a nice bottle of alcohol that would typically last me 2-3 months, this was a complete waste of money. It felt like I paid a premium for a glorified flavored beverage. I will not be buying anything like this again and can’t recommend it to anyone looking for an actual alcohol alternative. Save your money.

Doesn’t taste good. Not like real wine. I didn’t even drink it.

I love the taste. It is spicy but oh so yum! It doesn't give a buzz exactly but for me it was like having the relaxation of a good tea and the energy of a coffee without any of the negative. I felt energetic without feeling jittery or anxious, it also helped my muscles relax and brought down my tension. Drinking a half glass (like you would wine) is about all it takes. Has about 4 or 5 servings in one bottle.

Taste like tomato juice. But you do feel something after a few shots
