JanSport Big Student Classics Series Backpack - Desert Beige Conflict Camo

EXACTLY as pictured. It's amazing how much you can pack in these bags. The bigger of the two large pockets easily fits a jacket and the second large pocket can easily fit a sweater or sweatshirt. I was surprised at how flat it was. Wasn't even sure it was the backpack at first. I've been using Jansport backpacks forever and wouldn't even think of buying a different brand. I just recently fit two MacBooks in their boxes which was a real surprise.

The kids love these backpacks we're on our 3rd and 4th ones over the course of many years. They're great, lots of room, lots of adjust ability in the straps, my only complaint would be the flap that covers the zipper. It CONSTANTLY gets stuck in the zippers! We end up cutting the flap off because the kids are constantly getting the zipper hung up.

Jansport never disappoints. This backpack is solid, rugged, and can survive anything a 12 year old middle schooler can throw at it. We had the plain black one before, and we used it for 3 school years. This was a surprisingly good deal, as these backpacks are usually $80 to $100. I guess the cammo style isn't really popular anymore. This backpack looks great, but of course as parents durability is what we care about. It's very durable and when this one wears out (in 2 to 3 years) I will buy another one of the same brand. If there is a defect, Jansport will replace without question. Even if it's something that is questionable on whether it was just normal wear and tear. They actually just send you another backpack.

So far, a great purchase. I recently purchased 2 backpacks from a company I was unfamiliar with, and both had awful zippers, so I went back to JanSport because I know the quality is there. I have 2 boys who love character-themed merchandise, but I just purchased the iron-on patch of their favorite super heroes, added them to the backpacks on the back pocket, and they are just as happy. For this backpack, my older son wanted a Green Lantern logo.I still use my old JanSport backpacks from many years ago in high school and college, and they have held up!

The backpack looks great and solid. It lost a couple stars because I carried a heavy item in it for a while and it didn't feel ok on my shoulders, actually hurt a little. It had no issues handling the weight.

I purchased this bag for my nine year old son--his old bag didn't last 2 months before ripping at the seams due to his heavy 3" 3-ring binder. This bag fits the binder plus his lunch bag with tons more room to spare! Perfect bag for storage. My only complaint is with the shoulder straps. They angle into the neck area and are a bit annoying. There is also no strap across the shoulder straps for extra support. Otherwise, this bag is great for the money and should last a long time.

These have to be one of the best built backpacks you can get! Durable is an understatement with these!Besides being almost indestructible, they are designed and laid out well!Comfortable to carry even with a ton of books in it!Also the patterns and colors available are unbelievable! They have something for everyone! This is a backpack that can last through years of school so try and get one 8n a color or pattern you will enjoy for a long time!

Purchased for a 3rd grade student to carry homework, lunch, water bottle. Ample pockets, padded shoulder straps. It's a little big in my opinion for a 3rd grader, but what stands out versus other backpacks we've had thus far for school use is the construction, stitching and heavier material used, and clearly high durability is something you get at this price point and so this one should survive for through several grade levels where the high capacity/extra space may be a requirement..
