Updated shelves show screw holes in front instead of hanging neatly in the back. Although the shelf is the same size as the set I ordered a few years ago, the update to visible screws is disappointing. I bought this set a few years ago and one of the shelves just broke, so I bought the same item to replace it, going to just hang it on my existing screws. Unfortunately, the new set screw holes are closer to the center of the board and so I’ll have to make additional holes in the wall. Also, it just doesn’t look as nice to have the screw heads visible along the back. The listing photos still show the clean back, which I dislike. I thought I was getting an identical product. Oh well it still functions fine.
