Sturdy, Ideal and multi-purpose food processor.
Been using it over a month. Overall quite happy with the food processor. The motor is quite good. The overall design is good. The machine starts only when all the parts lock into place so it's safe. Takes a couple of tries to determine the things to fit in place. Noise level is very standard one. The container is of good size to hold good portions of food. Regarding the blades, The chopper blade is effective. It chops quite nicely. Let it rotate more if you want finer pieces. Quite fast and can chop everything from garlic, onions, cabbage, etc. Not tried any hard vegetable. The grater blade is ok but the challenge is when the item gets smaller and you are not able to hold it in like vertical position and it slides into horizontal position. Needs some redesign. Also would be ideal if they provided with fine grater. Current and only one is big grater The finger chips slicer does not work as clean as you expect it. Instead of straight cuts you get semi circular elongated pieces like grated coconut slicrs. Needs complete redesign i guess to slice like finger chips. Have not tried the kneader and don't intend to use. Overall good in terms of sharpness, noise and speed. Compact design also. Based on a month of usage, can recommend it. No problems as such for basic use.

Overall Satisfied
1. The product feels sturdy and well-built, suitable for daily kitchen use. Attachments are included and seem to be of good quality. 2. Compared to an older Havells atta kneader, the atta wings on this model are a bit shorter. Because of the shorter atta wings, it takes a little more time to knead the dough thoroughly. Dough kneading is effective but may require slightly longer usage. 3. The various attachments work well for different food preparation tasks. However, the shredder attachment is slightly on the thicker side, which might affect slicing precision. 4. The 800-watt motor delivers sufficient power for chopping, shredding, slicing, kneading, and other food processing tasks efficiently. 5. Overall, the food processor is a good product for everyday kitchen tasks.

Looks Premium, Lasts Average, and the “2-Year Warranty” Deserves Its Own Comedy Award
Updating My Review After 1 Year of Use Ratings Looks: 4/5 Performance (Initially): 3/5 Build Quality & Durability: 1/5 Customer Service: 3/5 Warranty Experience: 0/5 Unfortunately, I am updating my original 5-star review to 1 star after using this product for about a year. First Impression To be fair, the initial experience was impressive: Good packaging Premium-looking product Demo/setup call from the company Multiple follow-ups requesting a positive Amazon review 🙂 At first glance, the product definitely feels well marketed. Actual Usage Our usage was extremely basic: Only for atta kneading For a family of 2 people Maximum 3–4 times a week This was normal household use — nothing excessive or commercial. What Went Wrong Within about a year, the machine started developing issues, and eventually a small internal component broke. When I contacted customer support, I was told the issue may have happened because “too much atta” was added. Apparently, using a dough kneading machine for kneading dough beyond a certain mystery limit is considered misuse. The best part? The “2-year warranty” practically covers only the motor. Everything else conveniently seems to fall outside warranty coverage. For replacing a small internal part, I was quoted around ₹1100, which honestly felt unreasonable considering the quality of the internal components used. Reality of the Product Average performance Poor plastic quality Weak internal parts Not built for long-term use The machine looks good externally, but the durability is disappointing. Final Verdict If you want a product that: Looks attractive initially Works decently for a few months Comes with a warranty that sounds great on paper …then this product may suit you. But if you are looking for: Long-term reliability Strong build quality Genuine warranty support Value for money …you should probably consider better alternatives. In my experience, more effort went into collecting positive reviews than building a durable product.

Bad Product worst customer service
DO NOT BUY this product I would say dont buy this brand at all. The food processor isn’t working now, contacted customer care they raised a Complaint and now the technician Mr Sampath called and asked me to send a video of the product while using it so he understands the problem. He does not want to come to the site to check instead he wants me to use flour ans waste it to just show him the problem. He also said its a matter of 20-30 rupees item wasted. Seriously ? AVOID this brand dont waste ur money
