These shoes are a little on the heavy side, but are really well built with fun lights and sparkles. A easy way to spot your kids running ahead of you in the dark at Disneyland! These are long lasting terrific kid shoes, we had a lighter pair just like these before this one. They did not wear out even after being washed a lot. The sparkles and lights still work perfect even after many trips through the water and dryer. She wore them for a couple years,because I bought a size up the first time I bought them at toys r us. They are still in great condition. She just outgrew them.We love them so much, we did a mad search for another pair. We should have known we could find them here. Whoo hooo Scored!

I have 2 pairs for each daughter, and my experience with both is the same. Look, these have all the flash and cuteness appeal you can imagine. I fell in love when they arrived - I got matching shoes for my almost 2 year old and my almost 4 year old. So I can tell you, watching both pairs that my experience is not a one-off. They are total garbage. The beautiful colored patterns on the side rub on everything and build up fuzz. The coloring on the straps wears off and leaves the white straps showing. A few rhinestones on the toes have come off and gone missing. This is after ONE MONTH of wear, not even daily. So, if you are going for cute and flash, these are the cutest shoes ever - but know that within a month, if your kids are at all active, they turn to garbage.

Our girl liked these shoes so much that we bought them again for this year. Over time a couple jewels on the top came off last year's pair, but the side sparkles and batteries in the lights stood the test of time. It's also great for young ones learning to put their own shoes on because you can remind them, "bows go on the outside." We ordered another size up for next year, too. The picture is of last year's pair, with our daughter wearing them over 360 days as her primary, outside shoes.

These are not the same quality as other Skechers we have purchased. My daughter loves this type of shoe, with the light up and the bling. But after only 2 months of wearing them 3-4x a week they have lost half of the rhinestones, and the fabric on the sides is shedding and looking terrible.Next time I will buy these shoes from an actual store. The last pair we had (from Nordstrom) looked great until she outgrew them.

I bought her the size 9 in these shoes and they fit her with a little bit of room to grow, as they should.Style:- The style of the Gold Stars shoes are great. They are gold and sparkly which looks stylish, girly, and beautiful. They are appealing to my eye and my three-year-old's eyes. The combination of gold and pink is very pretty. I love the touch of the pink bow on the flap.- This is the second pair of Twinkle Toes shoes my daughter has had and they always get lots of compliments from young and old alike.Comfort:- My daughter has wide feet and the width of these shoes is perfect for her feet. I love when shoes are designed to fit any width of foot. Most shoes are too narrow.- She can wear these all day with no discomfort.- The tongue is very stiff and hard and she complained that it hurt immediately upon putting it on, but that was because she was barefoot underneath. Once I put socks on her feet, she said it didn't hurt anymore.- There isn't arch support, but my daughter never complains of discomfort.Function:- These are Velcro shoes with no shoelaces. That makes them simple for my daughter to put on herself. I don't have to help her with her shoes and I don't have to worry about her tripping over shoelaces. The pair I bought look like two straps, but it's actually one bit strap with a rectangular hole in the center. The Velcro holds well but isn't too hard to detach.- The lights work perfectly. They are located at the white part of the toe of the shoe. You will see a bunch of rhinestones in that area, but several of them are actually lights. The shoes light up brightly but not to the point of distraction. The lights don't just light up and stay on and they don't just flash all at once. Instead, they flash in a turn-taking mode that looks like twinkling; hence the name "Twinkle toes." In order to make them light up, your child simply has to walk. My daughter loves stomping her feet in front of the mirror to make them flash over and over again.Overall, I am incredibly happy with these shoes. I am not a sneaker type of person but I like for my daughter to have some for playing outside or when she's on her feet a lot. These are so stylish that I don't mind her wearing them regularly. The gold ones that I bought go with all sorts of outfits and colors. They are the best casual shoes I've ever purchased for her.

These are adorable and we get comments on them all the time. All the time. Our 3 year old loves them. My one and only complaint is the fact that some of the rhinestones fell off about 2 months into wearing them. 3 at once and I have no clue how. The lights work great, the sparkle quality of the shoes (we got the grey with pink bows) is great without the glittery mess left behind with some sparkle shoes. I feel like they are really well supported and have plenty of room in the toe box for growth.Updated: Now that my daughter is older, we have realized the biggest issue with these shoes for her age and stage is the velcro is amazingly strong and even after wearing them in quite a bit she cannot get them on and off by herself if she has to open that velcro. Just be aware of that potential! Still great shoes, but for now we have to buy something easier for her to get on and off unassisted.

These have become all the rage at my daughter's pre-school so she has been desperate for a pair for months now. I finally caved and purchased these. She picked this color combo and LOVES them. The first time she wore them was at night on a quick road trip, she is still rear facing so when she stomped on the seat to see the lights it looked like there was a cop behind us flashing his lights for a brief moment! All in all they seem to be a comfortable quality shoe.

Come up a size larger so daughter is size 11 bought a size 10 which fitted butvstill a little large. Great shoes daughter loves them !

My daughter chose these shoes herself, so we were very pleased to find that they fitted fine when they arrived. The price was reasonable compared with the store RRP when Twinkle Toes were launched. Like all Skechers shoes, they are well constructed and are thus faring better to the usual wear and tear inflicted on them by a preschooler than other supermarket and high street shoes.

Beautiful shoes everyone comments on them. The lights are very bright which my daughter loves. A little on the large size but all skeckers are like this so plenty of growing in them!!

Lovely trainers! Issue with first pair as material around lights on one shoe were torn. Seller excellent, I provided photographs and they supplied a replacement once they received first pair back. Daughter loves them. Colour ideal as goes with most outfits. Bought for less than £20, would purchase again but can't justify £40.

These shoes are amazing look exactly like the picture if not better! Girly and beautiful the lights are very bright. Bought a size 5 which my daughter is normally they are a tad big but she has growing room so will last her longer. Even though they are on the big side once fastened they do not slip up and down on her feet which is really good.
