Dimplex is the best!
The insert was easy to set up and is the most realistic I have ever seen. We have had others, but this is the best. We first ordered from Amazon and Plumstruck was the seller. We received a FDX delivery of the product wrapped in pieces of boxes taped together. When we opened it, the item was smashed and dented on both sides, the glass insert and remote control were missing and paint was scraped off. Plumstruck immediately arranged for FDX to return it after we called them, but I had a problem getting my refund. After numerous emails to Plumstruck and Amazon I had to filed a dispute with my credit card company. I later ordered the item from QSN Fireplaces. The care they take in the delivery process made all the difference. I am told that these are very delicate and need special handling with delivery.

Excellent product. The most life-like flame I have ever seen. Worth the extra money as there are same size available for 1/2 the price of this one. If you want the real flame look without the hassle of a real fire or complicated installation, this is the next best thing. It arrived well packed in box too in promised shipping time.

We're very pleased.
Really adds to the room. Very realistic..... without the smell or cleanup. My wife was allergic to our gas logs so we replaced them with these. Installation was a breeze. We're very pleased.

You forget it's electric!
I bought this with a battery-powered crackler. After a few minutes, you think you're looking at a wood burning fireplace. Thermastat control allows a steady heat, and it works well in a 400 sq. ft. room. The flame is very realistic down to the embers.
