Individual Applications are Perfect!
My eyes are intermittently dry, so I use eye drops on an infrequent basis. These eye drops, packaged in individual applications, are perfect for me to retain the freshness and integrity of the solution. The drops are very soothing to my eyes and work great!

If you have dry eyes in the morning this is a necessary product. This wets the eye, you can use it whenever you need, especially if you wake with dry eyes.

The boring, original, "classic" Refresh is an under-rated superstar for some dry eye sufferers
So this is the "base model" of Refresh, the most value-targeted one, and there are others that have so much more ad copy in the listing promising the performance of newer ingredients. So this one is weak tea, right? Not. So. Fast. There are two active ingredients in Refresh Classic. One is Povidone, which may ring a bell if you use Ivizia and tend to read labels. There are so many different lubrication options with eye drops and Refresh has all sorts of different formulations. But Ivizia, particularly in the gel, works wonderfully for me, better than many other drops including a lot from this brand. Refresh Classic isn't a gel, sadly, but I think it's my new gold standard for preservative free daytime use. It has done pretty well for me in a pinch even for nighttime use. Not much more to say. Branding and product copy is 90% hype. In this rare case, it's the overlooked "old school" ingredient that is also the value buy. So try different things, and don't assume. I can't say that Refresh Classic will work best for another person, but I'm kicking myself that I didn't do my homework and really figure out what ingredients (not just what brand) works for me, sooner.

Comes in a smashed box. Poor packing for shipping.
Comes in a shipping envelope. The product box was totally smashed. The tubes of eye drops were fine. The product itself is great. But shipping/packing was subpar for sure.

Absolute must in any medicine cabinet or first aid kit!
I don't know how I didn't know about these sooner. These are absolutely perfect for families-- if someone gets dust in their eye, you have a new, sterile vial of eye drops to help with the situation. No need to buy a big bottle for each family member if you only use eye drops a few times per year.
