Selection of nozzles are great. Great quality

I’m a beginner but was delighted with the results. I used these for the smaller flowers on the cake pictured (plus a leaf nozzle and another for piping individual roses petal by petal which I used for the bigger flowers). Watched some you tube tutorials and went for it. I piped onto grease proof paper in advance (needed to add a layer of icing under and on top as glue) then kept them in the freezer until ready to use. I had a high failure rate as the icing must be the right temperature - but added failed flowers back to the piping bags to avoid waste. Too soft and they look like buds, which is actually a nice effect amongst the other flowers. Mixing colours so there’s a variety through each flower works well - wiping one colour around the outside of the piping bag and another (or more) inside.

Never used icing nozzles befor but was very impressed with theses and they icing turned out stunning, I did utube on how to do the multi colours and followed very easy instructions, fully recommend these
