My baby finally sleeps! He is my fourth baby and by far the fussiest and most challenging of all of my children. He would not sleep anywhere but on my chest in the recliner. Within 3 minutes of putting him down in a crib, swing, bouncy seat, pack and play...anything...he would be awake and screaming! None of my other kiddos did this so this was shell shock for me! Being a veteran mom I don't usually buy a lot of "accessories" or the latest fads for babies...but this time I was desperate! I read a lot of reviews and was tempted to go with one of the more expensive ones because "you get what you pay for" right? I am so glad I didn't! This is perfect and is one of the lower priced ones out there! The material is soft and seems to be a nice quality. Oh, and the fact that this one is machine washable is what really sold me. I haven't washed it yet...only had it a few days, but it says it can be machine washed so I'm hoping when I do it comes out fine (I don't think I will put it in the dryer). Many others are hand wash only which is a no-go in this house! I love that the U shaped pad for his legs is adjustable by velcro so I can easily make it more snug or loose as he grows. The padding around the head area is not as important to me as is the bolster that holds his legs up (he does not have flat head issues...but if he did there is a nice little cushion there to help with that). He was premature and startles very easily. He likes to feel snug and be swaddled tightly but that just wasn't enough. However, laying him in this and having his legs held up and the snug feeling has helped immensely! He no longer startles when I lay him down and he actually sleeps without me holding him constantly! So don't be fooled and don't spend more on a more expensive look-a-like. This is perfect and a lifesaver!!!

Original review had 2 stars. Please read update!Bought it thinking it will prevent my expecting child from getting a flat head but it's super thin and looks like it has no cushion or support. I dont see the purpose for the feet and why there is cushion there. It has 2 stars only because it fits in a bassinetUpdated review! - my child now bornYes it appears flat but not I realize that a newborn is so tiney that they require a flatter material. Plus its safer flat. I dont get why I was so negitive about product. The cushion around feet is perfect. You can raise or lower the padding to fit child and it stays in place perfectly. I slightly prop my child on it so he is slightly sideways and it has been 100% useful because he has checked on spit up being flat on his back 2x now... so I always lay him in this on his bassinet now. You can swaddle your baby inside for a tight fit and baby stays warm and cozy or you can tuck blankets around the outside for a looser fit if it is hot but you want your baby to feel swaddled. I really like this product more than I thought I would.

This product is suppose to PREVENT flat head and my daughter has used it from the time she came home and it was actually the reason she got flat head! She has a small circle formed into her skull from the center grove and has a flat spot right above it from the surrounding area! Highly disappointed! Only nice thing about it was it helped by keeping my daughter on her back and not rolling over.

Greyson absolutely loves this. He appears to be very comfortable while he throws his arms to the side and relaxes. He wasn’t sleeping good flat in the bassinet swaddled but it works wonders! He can be swaddled or unswaddled on the anti-roll device with zero issues of sleeping. 10/10 would recommend for newborns with issues of getting comfortable in his or her bassinet.

Arrived promptly as advertised. I was disappointed at how thin the cushions is and the head rest is very flat. I was under the impression from the pictures that the head rest had more cushion

Buy this NOW! Wow! Wow! Wow! I am a new mom of a 3 month old baby girl. For her first month she would only sleep on my chest. She will only sleep in a rocker during the day and at night, she sleeps in her bassinet and arches her back with her neck stretched so far behind her as if she is just so uncomfortable. She tosses and turns all night. I ordered this and today is night 3 and she is already asleep by her 8pm bedtime which she always fights until I got this. She has been napping in it the last two days and falls asleep as soon as I lay her down. Typically she would have to be rocked to sleep, but the last three days for bedtime and naps I have been able to put her in this and she is out in just a few minutes! It supports her sides and legs and she likes to keep them tucked up still when she sleeps. The head is flat which is what I wanted. It’s just enough support to keep her from turning over, but not so padded she can flip to be at risk of suffocation. She was starting to be able to move so much I would be up correcting her position and putting her back on her back so she wasn’t face up against the mesh of the bassinet. The last three nights, she has been perfectly sleeping on her back and if she tried to sleep on her side it keeps her on the pad just perfectly cushioned so she doesn’t fall off and still has a lot of breathing space. I’m absolutely so glad I got this! I put it in her crib with it during the day and she has been napping in there instead of the rocker for once. I think we will have an easier transition to the crib when she turns 6 months now because if this. Buy it, you won’t regret it.

This is the first day I received it. The pictures are fresh out of the packaging. It appears flatter than what is advertised. I intend to wash it before use. I will update my review once I have washed it and my baby has used it.Update: the last photo is post wash which was very easy. I washed it on the casual/delicate cycle and dried it on low heat. It seemed to have fluffed up a bit. The stuffing material seemed to have filled out. My baby appeared comfortable on it. However I was hoping for better results as far as sleep. There were multiple reviews claiming their little ones fell asleep and stayed a sleep however my little one has not. He does not appear uncomfortable, just wasn’t all that I was aiming for. Overall, not a bad purchase. I like that the leg support is adjustable and can grow with your baby.
