Great product - Poor mounting system
We bought a complete set of Moen rods (also plumbing fixtures) for a bathroom remodel. The plumbing products are good. These towel rods and TP holder, not so much. They install with little stamped metal plates that screw onto the wall. The bases then fit over these plates and are locked (hopefully) with a set screw. The metal plates must have been made for some other shower rod product, because none of them worked very well with the Moen products. On a number of them, I had to put washers behind the metal plate before the towel rod, or this paper holder, would even engage. These are expensive products, and I expected better. I was able to make them work, but it would have been nice if they fit properly to begin with.The visible parts of these items are very nicely finished, and look great once installed. Just wish they had spent a little time on the mounting system.

Pivoting Arm Addict -- Never Going Back! (6 years & still looks new.)
No down sides to this this at all. Why aren't ALL toilet paper holders made this way?? I love how easy this is to pop in a new roll. No spring-loaded tube to mess with. The color (Brushed Nickel) is lovely. Bought this 6 years ago and it's still just as good as new.

Nice Quality Moen accessories
Bought for my bathroom remodel. Liked it so much, I replaced all the fixtures in all my bathrooms with the same style. Good quality and easy to change the toilet paper roll when empty and I like these a lot better then the removable, spring loaded bar type. The quality of the wall mounts feel of a heavy metal material. The bar feels like a thinner aluminum type material. Instructions included were easy to follow and I had two of these up in less then 30 minutes. Fits even the larger quilted rolls with ease.

well made, easily installed
This tp holder is nicely finished and heavy to handle, lending it a quality feel. The posts are chromed metal, the pivoting bar is chromed plastic -- I hope that is not the weak point. Screws, drywall anchors, an allen wrench and a positioning template were included, and the directions were well-written, making installation easy. There is slight wiggle room to adjust the width before tightening the set screws, so check how the pivoting bar sets on the post before tightening.My only complaint is the holder is really too long for the ever-decreasing width of toilet paper. I may need to reset the posts closer together and trim the pivot bar if the toilet paper gets any narrower.

Is a little wider than standard paper holders, but has a beautiful color and shiny finish that we just love!

Pictures here dont do justice, same as Bradshaw line
Though Amazon advertises it as the Moen Inspirations line, this is really the Bradshaw series.The pictures on Amazon do not do justice to this line. The actual product is bronze, with copper accent lines at the edges and copper pixie dust sprinkled all over. It looks quite nice installed.I would forewarn anyone buying a TP holder of the newer pivoting style. They are a bit harder to install.The older spring loaded styles, were a bit more forgiving on the distance in between the two ends that go on the wall.With these pivoting style holders if you do not have enough distance, the arm does not lock in place, and if you set them too far apart, the arm will swivel right by its rest/lock position. This is more of concern to a DIYer (i.e. should not be an issue for a professional installer).I ended up having to drill two set of holes, before I got the distance right.The extra effort up front should pay off in the long run, as replacing toilet paper rolls is much easier.Swivel arm up, replace roll, swivel it back down to lock.Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Very Happy with this item
Our bathroom was just remodeled from the stud out and we needed a toilet paper holder. I searched for weeks...yes weeks and decided this was the one. It goes perfectly with the Bradshaw line from Moen that we have. I'm so glad not to have to fight with replacing the role any more. Just lift the handle, replace the role and your done. Such a nice compliment to our new and very beautiful bathroom.

Love the style and function
Very pleased with the product. So easy to change the toilet paper - easy installation. Just use the template that they include and you're done. I would highly recommend. Plus it's a Moen product - guaranteed for life.
