Corseca Black Boy 3 7.1 Channel Wireless Bluetooth Speaker (Black)

The media could not be loaded.  After visiting US, I found most of the hotels and motels having a digital clock for the alarm that can play the radio or mp3 files as alarm and I wanted to get hold of something like that here. Found this Corseca Black Boy 3 Alarm gadget on Amazon and I bought this for Rs.3999.I set my favorite FM station as my alarm clock and for me it’s a wonderful experience to start the morning listening to my favorite RJ. The Black Boy 3 can also be set to play mp3 files instead of FM. What I didn't like was the snooze button was small like all other buttons. I wish the snooze button was large enough so I can snooze the alarm without opening my eyes on a lazy morning.I used this BlackBoy 3 can as a regular music player too. I tried lineIn using Aux cable from my phone, tried attaching a USB drive, tried playing music from Amazon Music via Bluetooth (v5.0) and it was played music as expected with ease. Another method is using a Micro SD (TF) card but I didn’t have one to try.The sound from this small gadget was superb, the bass and loudness was great but treble was not up to my expectation. I had a logitech X300 bluetooth speaker and this one sounded very similar. On the back of this gadget there is an opening similar to the one found in sub-woofers for pumping the bass. There was no distortion at max volume and it can get really loud.The FM clarity was also top notch and even with the antenna down the reception was very good (see video). On holding the next button, it auto tunes and sets the next station which can be added as a pre-set. It was initially confusing with all the buttons on the top and changing the modes but slowly am getting used to it.I liked the retro FM radio look, the volume with on/off switch is on the side and can be carried around using the rubberized handle. The whole gadget has sturdy built, the front is the aluminium speaker grill and the back is hard plastic.We have stopped taking our cell-phones to bed as this BlackBoy has the time display that lights-up and also can be dimmed. It has a 1800mah battery and be charged in using 5V regular micro-usb mobile charger.Overall, in my perspective this one is an innovative complete package product and within my budget, I only with the treble was a bit better and had a larger snooze button.
