Good Sense Stool Softener Softgels for Constipation Relief, Docusate Sodium 100mg, 60 Count

Full disclosure, I have never used a stool softener or laxative before, but I wanted something to prevent constipation after abdominal surgery. These work well...a little too well. I took a pill a few hours after surgery, thinking I might have to take a few for it to work in the 12-72 hours as advertised. Just 4 hours later my constipation was resolved. Unfortunately my abdomen was not quite ready. Lesson learned--wait until the day after!

Really gentle, no cramps. I just take one or two, the secret is the water, if you drink a whole glass of water one pill will usually work. The price on this brand is awesome, glad I found something that works, without cramping and is affordable.

The product works fine, but not exactly the results I expected. Good value and everything comes out in the end.

Y'all, this stool softener changed my life. I was sooooo backed up from the anesthesia and pain killers after my hip surgery, but taking this one single pill daily got everything running smoothly and back to normal again. In fact, #2 is better than it ever was before! Everything is better thanks to this pill!

These work fine and my doctor says can be safely taken (two tablets a day) as needed. After my operation for a broken femur these were given to me in recovery. They work and I continue to take.

Reasonable price but slow delivery

Works exactly like Colace, at a fraction of its price. Normally, I would stick with the brand name, but in this instance, it's downright silly to spend that much more on an identical product.
