Sadaf Sumac spice ground - Pure sumac seasoning powder - Kosher - Persian spice - Medium Ground (5 oz)

A unique, lemony flavored spice that goes well on almost every food!! I've used it for years and always keep it stocked in my pantry spice rack!

Great brand. Spices are aromatic and taste great

Sadaf products are always my first choice, when buying middle eastern spices. Their prices are always on point! Besides, who wants to eat a tasty plate of kabobs and Hummus with no Sumac!

This is a new spice for me and I love it! It’s not a “hot” spice just flavorful with slight citrusy tang! I love it on scrambled eggs and my veggie wraps. It’s delicious!

Never worked with it before and it has an interesting flavor.

I was introduced to the spice from a Persian friend. If it works for her is works for me

The Sad sumac seems very potent. I researched carefully and chose this listing for a good price that didn't seem too good to be true. The quantity is excellent; I was able to fill a large container and have some leftover. Since I ran out of my last order of sumac, I have wanted to add it to so many meals. I feel like I can finally make the best tasting meals possible again.

I like it

I am pleased with this purchase. The quality is great and the jars are much bigger than I thought they would be. I will buy this again

Completely new to Sumac but being a huge fan of things that are tart, I am now a convert and this is one of my new favourite spices, especially since I’ve been doing a lot more Keto Mediterranean dishes like Beef and Lamb Gyros. This was the spice that has always been missing in my meals and was never mentioned in a list of ingredients; but I was trying out a new recipe and it called for Sumac. I thought it was a tree. Has amazing flavour even on it’s own, I was initially convinced that it was a melange blend, but I detect no salt, or acidic additions, just the natural tartness of the spice itself. Very, very tasty! I’m going to start adding it into rubs and sprinkling it on other non-Mediterranean or Middle Eastern dishes. It’s that good!

Very tasty. If you are on an alkaline diet it replaces lemony flavours.

Tastes great. Superb for middle eastern dishes like hummus.

Lots of flavour and very good quality product. Very fresh and delicious. If you havent tried Sumac before you have to get it. It is so versatile and adds a lovely brightness to so many foods. Super in meat marinades and hummus but great on fresh vegetables and salad. Adds a lemony zest to salads. Delicious product.
