Thin flexible sharp knife for fruit carving or deboning proteins.
Sharpest knife ive ever gotten out of a box. It has a fine thin tip made for getting into places when boning out chicken or carving designs into fruit. It is slightly flexible. Its designed reminds me of a Japanese style honesuki. The only downside is a smaller handle....but I have very large hands, which leads me to believe you can use a pen hold for carving small details. Its a great knife.

Sharp and flexible
I bought these for fruit carvings. They worked as described. Sharp and flexible for carving fruits & vegetables.

-1 star for ergonomics, but otherwise great.
This is a great knife. Very sharp, fantastic geometry, and lightweight. Downsides are the poor ergonomics of the grip. It's not very usable for a pinch grip, so you will have to use the pointer grip. This has less control but will work for my intended use. For $18 that I got it for, it's good value. Fantastic for de-boning chicken which is what I bought it for.

Cheap material
Honestly cant expect much from a $20 knife. But it feels incredibly cheap and its super light. The knife is sharp but any knife right out the box is sharp so that doesnt matter much. I used it once so far and its okay just super light and the balance isnt that great, but its a good knife to just abuse because its so cheap. If youre looking for quality id suggest looking elsewhere but if you just need a knife you can throw around and not care about this is a good choice.

Handy utility knife with a very sharp pointed tip
This knife feels light in the hand, and the grip is textured. The pointed tip is super-sharp and useful for coring and slicing tomatoes and other fruits and vegetables. The German carbon steel blade has a small amount of flex. Mercer knives are a great value.

Great Value
For the price, these are great knives. I wanted an inexpensive alternative for a Birds Eye paring knife. I love the smallest knife because it is especially proficient at cutting under grocery store shrink wrap.

Very sharp out of the box, very flexible, and good for beginners
Want to start learning how to carve fruits but don't want to drop a hundred dollars on a more niche set? here you go! you can do everything you need to do with these two and get great results! no need to look any further, here it is! Cheap and gets the job done perfectly well. I did drop one of them accidentally from about 4ft and the tip bent, but that's my fault. These knives are supposed to be thin and flexible, so don't drop it! They came super sharp out of the box and retain their edge fairly long with good care. Buy this one!
