Perfect for a quick marinade, wouldn’t use as a sauce personally but if you have 30 minutes to marinade before the grill it’s a nice mild flavor

Delicious
I have used this marinade so many times because of the bold, delicious flavors. I marinate chicken thighs for 24 hours and then bake. I make them at least every other week because they are just that good.

Tastes great
I use this on flattened boneless chicken breasts that I grill up on a Weber kettle. Indirect heat mostly, then slight sear at the end. I like the flavor. The meat doesn’t really absorb the marinade in only 15 minutes, but probably just stays on the outside. Still tastes good.

It’s not a thick sauce
It’s okay. It’s not what I was expecting. I expected the sauce to be a little thicker.
