Never buy it
I completely regret buyig this. It is not comfortable and doesn't help me to relieve my back pain at all. Such a waste of money. Don't get tempted by Samsonite. It's just a piece of foam made in China. It keeps falling down as the strap is so loose. It is definitely not worth buying this.

Great. Soft but provides support like your overweight but caring aunt
Actually fantastic. Feels good, firm enough to help with posture but is soft enough that if you want to mess up your posture and sit in a bad way on the chair, it'll squash easily and allow you to slouch and have a hurt back in the morning because you're only mid 20a but years of slouching playing call of duty till 6am has given you a back of a 60 year old man

very comfortable!
most comfortable lumbar pillow I have ever used. it is lightweight, easy to carry and attach to seats or not if you prefer. very supportive while still being soft. attachment straps are adjustable and cover is removable for easy cleaning. i would love to get a couple more of these!
