Worst product. Waste of money. The product is like toy for kids. Very bad experience

For the first time I am giving such a bad rating to any product.1. The bench is too tall. It will be a good fit for someone who is 7' tall. However the length of the bench will be too short for him and head will be hanging. The width of the bench top is also narrow. After a couple of sets of bench press there were red markings on my back which was brought into my attention by my wife. Bench presses are really a bad experience with this bench. Working out in this bench will cause more harm than good for your body2. Curl bars are useless for me as they can hold only one weight plate on each end. That is max 10 kg.3. Barbells are just ok. But the finish is not good and the one I received is already rusting.4. Locking pins are horrible. They fall down from the curl bar when I tried multiple plates on them. They don't lock properly. After a couple of reps it becomes loose.5. PVC plates are ugly looking with dents and bents. But still workable as the weight is accurate and balances properly on the shorter bars.6. Dumbbell rods are by far the only thing good in this mix. That too because the rest are worse than the worst.If you are serious about workouts please don't repeat my mistake and invest some more to get good products. Please avoid using this bench.

The product is good for its price. Need to handle the weights carefully. Falling of weights while using damages the weights easily. Locks are not so good, they tend to come off while lifting but manageable. Bench is decent enough to use. Dumbells rods are the best, can add upto 2 plates on each side. Good buy for moderate use

(no incline decline)*Gloves are great.Con :-*Clips for rods could have been better.*Hand Grippers had a red coating/polish on their wooden grips which comes out very easily and leaves a red stain.(wash it out with hot water).For seller... that coating on the hand gripper is really not required at all.

Product is very good considering the price range. Rods are thin but build quality is great and they serve the purpose. Plates are good too. Bench quality is ok ok but can't complain at this price range. Got a broken curl rod but seller sent me a new one. Thanks to seller and amazon :)
