This is my 2nd Review & Update ....Today is April 15th and I'm still loving this product. Can't say enough good things about it. I'm still perfecting applying it. Just read another Review that said don't have anything else on your face when applying this, so tomorrow I will wait to put on my face moisturizing cream until this product is totally dry. Also, I've tried applying some undereye concealer on top, once it drys, just to lighten the area, but that hasn't worked well yet.I wish the makers could prepare this product in different shades.This is my first Review.... WOW!! This product WORKS!! I have spent so much money on undereye puffiness reducer and NOTHING else worked. This one WORKS!! Few points: use very little; put a small dot on the pad of your ring finger. Rub gently together w ring finger on other hand. Then gently pat onto lower eye puffiness & eyelid area. DON'T RUB IN! Dot & Pat. Let dry thoughtly. 5-7 mins. Go do something else. The time goes quickly. Next, when dry, Gently tap/pat on concealer. Not too much. Each day, practice applying. In time, you'll know just how much you, personally, need. This product does not swell up the puffy eye area. Who would want that!! When u wash off eye/face makeup, go gently. My preference is Neutragena makeup remover toweletts. Does not irritate the eye area. Then, I like to rinse my face w cool water & pat dry. Then I apply this product. Good luck. I used this product for many years. I have ordered this item over 15 times in 4 years, which means I spent approx. $450 on this product during that time. That is because nothing worked on my thyroid caused puffy eyes like this product did. And then they changed the formula. It is watery now, it does not work. I returned and re-ordered thinking I possibly just got a bad tube, but it was the same ineffective, now watery gel. This is not a gel you wear under makeup. You put it on while you do other things and as it dries down it somehow shrinks your eye puffiness. It leaves a stiff, white/pink residue that you wash off. Anyway, there are other brands on here that do the same, one in a beige colored tube, and one in a pump formula that do still work.

I just stared using it. So far, I can say it works as advertised for myself, I have referred this product to others.You only have to apply a little has needed. It does not seem to have a negative effect as of yet.

It does seem to firm the sensitive skin under my eye. I apply a tiny bit and intentionally open my eyes wide because it feels like this product tightens up the skin making my eyes look smaller. I have sensitive skin around my eyes and this product does not irritate

When I smiled the under-eye area would wrinkle terribly! Much more than it would normally. It looked awful. I only then realized that in all the testimonial pictures I’ve seen no one is smiling. I guess if that is how you go through your day it might work for you but I am a very happy smiley person and that is just not possible.It dried the skin so at the end of the day I had to slather on my eye moisturizer. It still didn’t feel quite enough and I applied more moisturizer twice before bedtime.I first used it on Tuesday then tried it once more on Saturday for just three hours. When I washed it off after the second use the skin under my left eye hurt a little like it was lightly burned or scratched with sandpaper. It still feels irritated now - Sunday evening. I really regret the second application.I am sad about these issues as it did get rid of the puffiness. But I have to return as it is clear the side effects are not worth it for me.

I like it much better than Plexaderm! Plexaderm has a tint to it that is darker than my skin tone, and often can get a little flaky later in the day. This is light, cheaper, and a larger tube.
