Trunki Boys, Trunkisauras Rex (Green)

We bought TRUNKI for our 3-yo for a plane / rental-car trip to see family. He loved it & loved riding on it. It saved us from carrying him or packing a stroller. It was capacious enough for a few days’ clothes, PJs, toiletries, a fitted sheet for playpen & a set of small sound monitors. The wheels take away a tiny bit of interior room. Still, even airline employees told us it was cute. We got compliments & “great idea” from fellow parents en route too. TRUNKI was gate-checked on one leg & survived the process unscathed. We look forward to traveling with TRUNKI again.

We got this for our son to use on a trip to visit family. We didn't want to bring a stroller but also didn't want to carry him through the airport. He loves it! He likes to ride on it but also loves pulling it along like a big boy. He's big for his age, 3, around 40" and 38lbs maybe, and he has no problem on this. It holds a decent amount of stuff, clothes for about 4 days, a few books, toys, and a small bag of toiletries. It doesn't turn that well but if you shorten the handle or hold it close to the base it turns easier. The only complaint I have is that the wheels are noisy and annoying, but it's sometimes drowned out by "faster faster! Cat speeeeed!" We have only used it on one trip so I'm unsure how long it'll last, but I'll try to remember to update if we ever find that out.

All around we loved it. Everyone would stop and enjoy our little one riding down the hall with us. Made the airport walk and stay a bit enjoyable for our family. Highly recommend. Holding back one star because it NEEDS some type of foot rest.

This is the second one of these we have bought. The first was for our first nephew (2.5-3 at the time) and this one for our second nephew, about the same age. They are a huge hit! That is about the minimum age I would get one though as they need to be able to stay on it. But it was such a hit in the airport! My husband was able to keep him entertained by pulling him around on it, and he even made some friends as a result. But be prepared to get lots of looks and laughs. Our first nephew is now 6 and still loves it and uses it everywhere he goes. It is still in one piece too, which is amazing for him!

I like design, quality and everything except of one thing? Where is some handle for kids to hold on while I'm pulling them ? Those little horns are not working. Therefore it's not safe for them to ride it on, the whole point of that luggage is missing...

We used this as a carry on for our kids toys. They really Like playing with it And it stored a ton of things to keep them busy on the airplane.
