Fur-tornado but so with it
I can’t say enough about how great of a product this thing is. It gets ALL THE LOOSE HAIRS OUT! I have two double coated dogs (Shiba Inu and Jindo) and I unfortunately do have to wear swimming goggles when using the machine after their baths because the hair keeps getting in my eyes (you can very easily create a fur-tornado with this machine), but my dogs is always so soft, dry, and feel clean after their bath and blowout. The noise isn’t so bad, however it did take some getting used to for my two dogs in the beginning. There is also a heat option on the machine, which is nice for the beginning part of the blowdrying. It’s a medium sized machine, but works EXTREMELY well! Honestly it’s close to what I’d imagine a professional groomers machine to be like. It comes with three attachments which is useful for deciding what kind of blowout you’re giving.

Surprisingly strong velocity for price
I recently was a professional dog groomer for 15 years and have always used the best equipment. I’ve never trusted bringing my dog to get groomed knowing there is too many things that can go wrong in a grooming salon etc. That being said I have a German shepherd/ husky mix 65lbs and have been washing her myself at an outdoor evolution dog wash station at some car wash location. One day it was broken, plus 70$ later each wash, 1$ per minute 🙄, I decided to wash her at my parents. So I looked on professional dog groomers sites and didn’t find anything under 400$ worth buying. Then I came here on Amazon and was looking for a double motor dryer for the highest velocity. And surprisingly I came across this dryer. Compared to other single motor dryers this had the highest velocity with the best price. I saw a video of a woman drying her husky and it seemed decent. I decided to give it a go and I’m sooo glad i did! First of all I was worried about how loud it would be for my parent’s neighbors and it was sooo quiet! THINGS TO LOVE ABOUT THIS DRYER: 1. Velocity power 2. Clean design 3. The way the 3 hose attachments slide and go into place is genius and in my 15 years of grooming never seen it before. Silly but made a difference to me 4. how quiet it is. 5. Not just an on or off switch. u can control the air flow. Had it on high the whole time except for around her ears and face. 6. It never over heated in the hour it takes me to dry her. (Which is about the same time it used to take with my double motor dryer) 7. The handle has a pad where u hold the hose for comfort and I thought at first it was for when it gets hot. But it never did! 8. Easy filter cleaning 9. Hose it’s self was thick and good quality, doesn’t look like it will get a hole in it anytime soon 10. Just really sleek and well made. 11. The price for value **JUST GET IT U WONT REGRET IT!!**

PERFECTION!!
I love this velocity dryer. I had a cheaper one off of Amazon and this one beats it by far. I have had it for 2 months and these are my thoughts. You get what you pay for. You cannot beat it for the price, period. This is such a high quality professional dryer, it’s very sturdy but not too heavy which is nice. The attachments are great quality and work exceptionally well. Everything is super easy to clean. Filter is so nice! I have 5 labs ranging from 60-80lbs and it makes it SO much easier to dry them after they get out of the bath or whenever they are wet from swimming. I can dry each dog in 15 minutes on the lowest setting which is insane lol. I will say the hose it comes with is amazing but it may be too short for some people depending on preference so I bought the longer version off of Amazon. That’s not a big deal to me though I enjoy having both. I attached pictures for reference. On the dryer there’s a switch option for cold air or warm air but it has never gotten even close to being too hot, even when I have dried 5 dogs straight in a row. It’s the perfect temp. It doesn’t burn your hand and it doesn’t smell burnt like some cheaper versions. This machine is so powerful I highly doubt you would need to turn it up on the highest setting. Regardless, if you do or not it’s not as loud compared to 4 other dryers I have had experience with. Now obviously it’s a velocity dryer and it’s powerful so don’t expect it to be quiet. You will most likely have to get your dogs used to it but my dogs were used to getting blow dried by a hair dryer and they took to velocity dryers pretty much straight away with no issues. I would suggest letting the dryer sit out for a couple of days so they can sniff it and get used to it and comfortable with it. Don’t try to force it in one day either. Baby steps and make sure you give lots of treats and praise!!! Make it a great experience. This is definitely my favorite dryer I’ve used so far and I can tell it’s my dogs favorite too! They can’t wait to be dried. It’s honestly perfect in my opinion.

So happy I could cry - it's a Terrific Product - Expectations met
The hose and attachments are well fitting and sturdy with no manufacturing flash or scaring. The hose is perfectly stretchable and bendable in all directions with no noticeable effort at all (as in no kinks or "pretzeling" while using) - AND - when done using, the hose goes immediately back to the original short size making it extremely easy and convenient to put away. The wall cord is long and is made out of a superior material. It's not a silicone jacketed cord (which I like) but it has a very nice weight and hand-feel like the kind of high quality wire that a15 amp cord should have. The body is ABS - the sheet metal cannister type of construction of other brands is incomparably inferior. Go ahead and drop it as this feels like it's made of car bumper material. (actually, please don't drop anything on purpose.) Good heft-type-feel which is a little hard to understand considering how light weight it is. If somebody wanted to, this unit could be carried around a pet table with one hand - and the blow drier nozzle at the end of hose in the other hand and just work away without getting tired in my opinion. Just figure out how to get your dog's attention so the dog holds still on its own. Running the product is actually a happy experience. The on/off switch feels good. The rotating knob is noticeably high quality and durable feeling. Operation is quiet in my opinion. Regardless, the sound that it does make is not displeasing - as in no high pitch whine or out of balance rumble. I tried to talk on my cell phone to someone as an experiment while it was running at the high end of "low" with the air blower assembly really close to the phone. That wasn't possible. But turn to the low end of the rotating knob with the switch on low, talking was possible. Hope that gives an idea on the sound level I was experiencing when using it. Again, I think that's pretty darn quiet whether on high or low. Airflow: it's like a jet engine! A total joy to use. No need to start high and run on high. Mid-range on the dial is more than enough blowing power. In fact, that's too much for me. That's my assessment measure, the midrange setting is way powerful, like . . . 500 regular salon type blow dryers all at once. That's how I like it - mid range at my preferred airflow without feeling like I'm pushing the machine to get the job done. My first operation of this unit was in the kitchen where I unboxed it - and it blew 100% of everything off the counters. Not just papers, more like whoosh there go some plates! I do write reviews once or twice a year from a purchase history of buying several hundred big and small things from Amazon (Prime) every year. Usually I only write when I'm really really angry about something, or really really happy. Only the extremes. I am extremely happy with this product. I'm not a spendthrift and considered buying one of the less expensive units, especially since there are so many to choose from. There are several more expensive models as well. Money is hard for me at present which is no different than most everybody I know. Having said that, at just under $200.00 (approx) I feel this product has been money so well spent. Quality through and through - sound and feel of a long life span - and my dog, as it turns out, is not scared of it at all. Happy, happy, happy!! ps: did I mention it arrived exactly when it was supposed to? Not the most important thing to me, but I did notice.

Pretty dang good
I have a Husky and German shepherd that NEVER stop shedding. I use 5 different brushes and still couldn't get the loose undercoat out after hours of brushing. After watching grooming videos, I noticed they all had a blower. After much research, I decided to try this one and I'm glad I did. This one is much quieter than I had anticipated, it's about as loud as a vacuum. The hose it comes with is ok and it did come off once, but not again. I did buy the extended hose, that works better for us since the husky likes to try to get away. I'll eventually get a grooming table. The velocity of air it moves is pretty good. When I first started drying the dog after a bath, I thought it was smoking - but that was water being blown off her! It packs a punch but doesn't hurt. I normally spend about 4 hours bathing, brushing, and drying the shepherd with my own blow dryer. It took me 1.5hrs from start to finish and she was fully dry and about 10lbs lighter due to the amount of fur it blew off. Amazing! Same with the husky, cut bathing/drying time down to a fraction and really got the undercoat out. The dogs feel better and are cooler. It no longer looks like it snowed in the house with tumble weeds of fur. My vacuum is also thanking me. Great blower so far. I hope it holds up.

Powerful, dries quickly, only one (minor) critique - overall great dryer!
I've been in the market for an at-home pet dryer for a long time, and have had this sitting on my wish list for quite a while. Recently, while looking at Facebook, a friend of mine had purchased another brand, so I asked her what she thought of her purchase. Her answer was that she wished she'd have gotten something more powerful. That answer influenced my purchasing decision, and while this was a bit above my price point, I invested in it for the extra power - I have really hairy dogs. This arrived quickly, and I spent a couple of days working with my dogs to positively reinforce it both just being around and having it blow on them. This is a bit more quiet than my professional dog groomer's blower, but it appears to be equally as powerful. The attachments are nice and lock on to the hose so you don't have to worry about them coming off while you're grooming. Within a few days of it arriving, I bathed and groomed one of my dogs, a Sheltie, who has a LOT of hair. This dried and fluffed her hair quickly, and I love that the blower is variable, so I can use a much softer setting for delicate areas like ears and faces. I used to use a human hair dryer on her which took forever - something like 2-3 hours for me to groom her here at home. With this dryer, I was able to cut our drying time down to at least 1/3 of what it used to take. WOW!!! My other dog is an Aussie, so I expect an equivalent amount of time saving when I groom him here at home as well. Much like any pet dryer, but especially with one as powerful as this, you're not going to have silent operation, and it IS going to be louder than a human hair dryer (there's no way around that). However, IMO, this is well within the noise level you should expect for pet dryers within this same power range. I encourage everyone to properly desensitize their dogs to this dryer before just using it on them. Don't underestimate the power of chicken and cheese to have your dog looking forward to being dried with this. If your pup hasn't been groomed by a professional before, this IS going to be very loud to them, so take your time before you use this and spend the first week getting your dog(s) used to this before you attempt to use it on them. :) My only critique is that while this is supposed to be a warm air dryer, it's not really warm. Like, at all. It's only barely, slightly warm, and even with that, it's seems like it's just blowing room temperature air, which is actually kind of cold for a wet dog. I wish that this were warmer, because I live in a climate where it's pretty frigid in the winter (it's winter here as I type), and IMO, this is colder than I'd ideally want for grooming dogs. The only thing I can do to try and insure comfort while drying a wet dog with this blower is to do so in a really warm room, which isn't ideal in a home setting. Because of this, I ended up drying my dog in front of our fireplace, but this blows so much undercoat out (despite a pre-bath brushing), that I had hair flying all over the house (which while that seems like a complaint, it's not - it helped me to get all of the undercoat off of my dog, so kudos because that's a feat). This dryer would get five stars from me if it were actually a warm air dryer, as it would be ideal for me year round. As it is, it will be ideal for me about six months out of the year (maybe 8 if we're lucky enough to have warmer than normal temps). If you don't face temperature challenges or live in a warmer climate, it's an awesome piece of equipment to have on-hand for home grooming, and it really is powerful enough to save you a significant amount of time drying your dogs.

Heats up perfectly-reduces drying time
I LOVE this dryer!!! I’ve had mine for over a year and it is still in perfect working condition. What I love about it is that it actually heats up and you have the option to use heat or no heat. I had bought one previously (another popular brand) that stated it heated up, but it did not- so I returned it and got this one and have been super pleased. I have used it on our cocker spaniel and our golden retriever and it works perfectly. The adjustable speed is perfect when working around the ears and face. Yes…it’s loud but not unbearable… Highly recommend!!👍

I love my Shernbao!
Groomer here. I am actually impressed with this little force dryer. First of all, I appreciate the variable speed and separate heat setting. I do house call grooming and bring this. It fits nicely in a wahl bag and not heavy. The nozzles easily disconnect so I can pack it up easily and quickly. I only do small dogs house call and I do not believe it would be a good fit for large breeds or an extreme double coated dog. I use my double K or K9II for those breeds. But it is much more powerful than I thought it was going to be. It works great, is extremely durable (I haven't had any issues and it still looks brand new), and have not had any weird smells or anything. If you are a house call groomer or just need a force dryer at home at a reasonable price, I would absolutely purchase this!
