iRobot Braava jet m6134 Ultimate Connected Robot Mop with Precision Jet Spray and Advanced Navigation - Learns, Maps, and Adapts to your Home - Wet Mopping and Dry Sweeping - Automatically recharges

This robot is expensive but it does everything I expected. It sweeps up debris from the floors with a dry sweeping pad or it mops the floors with the wet mopping pad and a full tank of water and cleaning fluid. We were getting fed up with a daily sweep and mop due to debris and dirt bought in on the dogs, plus our Jack Russell sheds a lot of hair daily. Our floor throughout the house is Amtico everywhere, we have no thresholds to negotiate, so the robot gets around easily. The water tank is big enough to mop a few rooms at a time and a room takes about 20-30 mins. It doesn’t go over rugs, it goes around them, quite smart really. It leaves a nice Matt finish on the Amtico, which we like and we do use the proper iRobot cleaning solution, not worth taking the chance of blocking the jets etc by using a cheaper solution. We have ordered dome fake reusable pads because the real ones are expensive. They haven’t arrived so can’t comment on them yet.The mapping feature is fantastic, after two training runs the house ( one floor) is mapped and we label each room and can then set it off to sweep or mop any combination of rooms. Truly fantastic. This is one of the best buys we’ve made. We can even start a cleaning session via Alexa and remotely from anywhere.A truly awesome piece of kit.Update: we received the washable fake pads and they look and certainly work as well as the originals. Today I put eight of the pads through the washing machine and they came out like new. I’ve since had the opportunity to test out more of the wet mopping options. The more intensive setting with a higher level of liquid works great on the kitchen but isn’t needed in other rooms. We still love this little gem.

I bought mine a couple of months before writing the review, as I wanted to really test it. It is absolutely fantastic. I bought it after buying, and being impressed, with two of the vacuuming robots. I have a long Vestibule/Hallway/Kitchen/Scullery, all floored with black/white Amtico tiles. And I have a spaniel who likes rolling in mud and then coming pleased but filthy into the house. So to floor gets dirty really easily. It does the whole floor in one go, and usually leaves it immaculate. Ground in / solidified gobbets of corruption it struggles with, but everyday grime it handles really well. I quickly learned that to be effective it has to be run every few days, before the floor gets really filthy. However filling up the reservoir and pressing "go" at bedtime is not really much effort. Any shortcomings it has - the mop needs to be rinsed out occasionally, and you have to use their own brand cleaning fluid - are quickly made up by the fact that I'll never have to mop the floor again.And don't think that you'll buy this and not give it a silly name in the app. Mine is called "Molly". You'll also find yourself saying "Hello" as it toddles past on its mission. A really great product!

Now stopped working and I would class this as a “beta” product not worthy to be bought and certainly not at this price tag!1. It struggles with moving from room to room with small ridges in the thresholds even with the beta mode active2. It gets lost sometimes and runs back home doesn’t work very well with limited lighting which limits its use overnight3. The refill is quite expensive4. The navigation completely went and after several factory restarts still didn’t sort itself.I’ve now returned it

It’s really good but it’s expensive to replace after 2 years 8 months. Gone up from £573 to £699. Mine is telling me I need a new motor. No idea how to do this.

I was very impressed by this product. It cleans very well and doesnt leave streaks if I set it to a low spray. Downsides are it cannot move over any room divider unlike the roomba. The first one I had broke after a month as well. It is quite slow much more than the roomba. However it saves a lot of time and keeps the kitchen clean.

We have the Roomba s9+ which worked well so was looking forward to trying this out in our kitchen which is polished title floor however after trying a few times, once with default settings and tap water and once with distilled water, it is simply not suitable leaving terrible water marks as can be seen in the image.The dry sweep was OK but not perfect, not something that's worth the cost if you already have a Roomba.Finally it says it detects carpet but doesn't so all in all I would definitely not recommend this product.In terms of ease of use a low score as the original robot simply didn't work and had to be returned to manufacturer which result in it being replaced.For support I would say 3-4 stars as they did replace but I had to chase a few times including a call to support who really didn't seem to know the product very well at all.

The media could not be loaded. One word!! WOW! I know it’s £600 but it does work!!! You set you iRobot vacuum (I have got i7 with docking station) and Mop will follow when vacuuming is done! Please watch video to see the effect! I have tested this mop whole 2 days! When through 34 cartridges of water! I am so pleased with this mop! I go to bed, leaving all doors open downstairs and I press one button! Next day I have nice and clean floor! I don’t have to clean it again myself and cleaning is done while I sleep! Mega cool!! If you can spend £600 on it, buy it! It will even map you house so you it will store your house layout in the memory, you can then pick which room to be cleaned! Even if you have dinner and kitchen open plan, you can just tell it to clean kitchen only! Worth every penny!

I am a iRobot fan but the Braava is not fit for purpose. Due to various work reasons I have used it maybe 30 times in three years and the battery has failed three times. Once was under warranty and was replaced. The body was replaced on the second occasion but battery was out of warranty so I had to pay 99 GBP. After this new battery I used it maybe 5 times and battery failed but again due to work it was out of the year warranty so am left with two bodies and one duff battery. Customer service is very good but would not recommend on my experience.
