Lancing Device One Touch Penlet Plus - Lifescan 035-601

The One Touch Ultra meter system is the first one that I had after diagnosis as a type two diabetic and I used the original lancing device for a long time. It finally broke because of the way I was using it, so I looked online to see if I could find another since in the meantime, One Touch had discontinued that type of device. I did find one, and I am far more careful now with it since I do not like the replacements that One Touch came up with. It is lasting very well and I am much appreciative of the fact that one was available for purchase. It even came with a few lancets that added to its value and I also appreciated that! I would tell anyone that asks that the new devices that they send with the new kits are less than satisfactory as far as I am concerned, and I will look for one of these again should I need to.

These are basically impossible to find retail anymore. All of them that CVS and Walgreen's offer are total garbage. I'm talking mechanical failure where it fails to continue doing it's job. I have had this one for about 8 months and its perfect. Granted I only change my lancet about once every 20 pricks, so I am doing a lot less wear and tear by only unscrewing it 5% of the times I should.Not sure how long it would go if you follow MFG's guidelines....

Another hard to get item easily found. Adjusting depth of prick is less painful. Threads are delicate so screw and rescrew carefully.

I ordered this and received exactly what I had hoped for. This one I believe, has been improved over my previous one. It is easy to handle for me due to large hands and the smaller ones have been cumbersome to me. I have been using a lancing device for ten years. I will order another one.

works great. only complaint is that it is a little pricey but of coarse it is medical stuff which is always overpriced.

Great product! It works great and it was what I expected! It arrived earlier than stated and that was a plus as well!

I am very happy with this choice. I use it 4 or5 times a day .

It's the best lancing device we have ever used. The dial for depth of lancet is excellent.
