Best costumer service
I bought this bike "used/like new" and it was new but some parts to Attached the rear wheel were missing, I contact directly costumer's service and 5 days later I had the parts. This was by far an excellent service. Obviously it is not ideal to have an incomplete product but its a risk if don't buy new items, the fact that the costumer service was so efficient makes me happy. It is a wonderful bike, light, girly but not ridiculously pink, I'm really happy with my purchase

Simply the best balance bike available
Despite initially being a bit big for our granddaughter she soon grew into it. And believe it or not I had a bit of a senior moment and managed to screw the the handle bars on back to front. This despite all the excellent instructions and videos. So don't let excitement take a grip when assembling the bike

Lovely little balance bike, we bought this for our 18 month old and it’s a little too big for him at the moment but is definitely made to last. The design and paintwork are extremely cute and the build seems to be of good quality. It was easy to assemble and he loves it!

Die Qualität ist ausreichend gut, keine Splitter oder schlechte Schrauben. Ich habe es mit dem beschenkten Kind zusammen aufgebaut, es ist danach die ganze Zeit damit gefahren. Es war ein Geschenk zu ihrem zweiten Geburtstag - sie kam mit den Beinen gut auf den Boden und mit etwas Hilfe wollte sie auch nicht mehr aufhören zu fahren.
