Great after sales service
It is an excellent tool, well made and very accurate when calibrated, although it didn’t need much tweaking. It did come with one damaged ceramic guide, but it was replaced with no hassle. The after sales team are excellent. I will get all my bandsaw blades from them in future because of the fast and efficient service

Not really what I ordered
It’s my first bandsaw and admittedly I’ve never set one up before. The trouble is it won’t cut straight. I tweaked and tweaked and emailed Axminster but I got a pretty rubbish response. They just said use more tension.
