I like this product. It fit great. I wasn't able to use the screws/bolts it came with bc it stated to collapse the pipe. I ended up using self tapping screws that worked perfectly!

lasted less than a year
This product was very easy to install, but in less than a year, the mesh (on the sides) has all rotted and we have to replace. This wouldn't be a big deal because the price is cheap, but our roof is over 17' tall and we have trouble finding someone to install. Depending on how long you want it to last, this is ok for short term, but I would invest in a more expensive one.

Cheaper than hiring a chimney guy
Exactly what I needed. I couldn't find this style of flue at my local Home Depot. Lo and behold Amazon had something. I measured the opening twice and ordered accordingly. I like that inside there was protective metal shielding between the screws and the chimney stack. I went on my roof with a flathead screwdriver and installed myself. I saved money I would of paid chimney guy who would of preyed on my ignorance.

Great look and solved my problem
I bought this product to stop embers from escaping a patio chiminea and starting brush fires. It works perfectly and I have the added bonus of not having rain drown my embers. Since the diameter was the same as the chiminea, the added purchase of legs was necessary to make sure the Flue stayed in place. It was all easily put together and installed in a couple of minutes, and has successfully weathered heavy rain and winds up to 60mph...real wind test will come next spring!

Little loose on the flue but I think it is dizined to accommodate different manufacturers flue size
