Trustworthy pc
Super cool, it’s working great so far, don’t know anything about pc or parts so I think it’s good

Perfect for Entry Level Gaming
I’ve been a PC gamer since I was a kid - I’m not great with controllers and I play MMORPGs and MOBAs - and I’ve never actually had a quality computer. Growing up I played on an office desktop, in middle school and high school I played on a cheap HP laptop, and through college and beyond I played on a Macbook. Everything was super low quality, continuously lagged, and was not as fun of an experience as I would have liked. As an adult I spoiled myself and got this computer, not knowing anything about CPU building or specs and just wanting something that will do the hard work for me and I can expand on it in case I want to delve into it. For that, and for upgrading from a Macbook, this does a beautiful job. When most other computers are at least $1200, getting this one for under $1k was a big selling point to me. All of my friends who /are/ knowledgable about CPU building were impressed by this computer, the value for the specs, and the ability to upgrade if needed. But for the simpler games that I’m playing, this is one of the best purchases I’ve made. Also, the RGB lights are killer, and the instructions and tech support are in fluent English, which is a HUGE plus. Note - this comes with a mouse and keyboard, but not the ones I used in the video.

Works well but has no display port as stated it would have in description
The computer itself runs well, I have no problem with that. However in the description of the product it says it comes with a display port but it clearly does not. Notice how in the photos they provide they don’t show the majority of the ports? That’s probably the reason. Now I have to go buy an adapter for some I was told would come with my product. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

I'm not much on gaming!
I purchased this computer for everyday tasks, emails, shopping, etc. I added 16 gigs of memory to aid in photo editing. My preferred color for computers is black, but the Shadow models offered were not powered by AMD processors, only Intel ( I've been using AMD-powered units for 15+ years. ). So I took a chance on the Archangel model. I have been pleasantly surprised! The white color is a nice alternative to my " usual ". It's easy on the eyes. The case and fan lights are not garish, really nice! Setup was pretty straightforward. The easy setup guide was missing, but SkyTech lists one on its website. So...so far, so good! It runs quietly and cool! I agonized over my decision for a new computer a long time. I'm really enjoying my purchase thus far.

ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
Bought this item back in September of 2020. By the middle of August the OS was crashing hard enough for me to have to reset the PC. I had to reset the PC 4 times!!!!!!!!!! Skytech support calls to try and fix the issue but never mentioned that I had the option to replace the item or have a refund processed. The issue was never fixed because it was an intermittent issue. So by the end of the initial claim in September, the technician told me to call if it happened again, but as I said earlier, he never brought to my attention that they would replace or refund the item. (I won't talk about the 14 or 15 year old kid that they had initially handle my claim before I spoke to one of the technicians). So later in the evening on Christmas Eve the computer crashed so hard that I couldn't even get into windows. Skytech says we'll send you a hard drive with an operating system on it. By this time we're well into January. The SSD arrives and I open the package and I see deep scratches on the bottom of the drive and the mounting holes for the screws are slightly wallowed out from over tightening!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE REPLACEMENT THEY SENT ME WAS OUT OF ANOTHER COMPUTER!!!!!! THEY SENT ME SOMETHING THAT WAS "USED". I get on the phone and call Skytech complaining about them sending me a used replacement item, so they say: Use the one we sent and we'll send you another one. No problem, fine with me. I install the hard drive they sent and the computer is still crashing hard. At this point when I call I want a new computer or a refund. Skytech won't do either of them because the computer was purchased over 30 days ago??? Oh really? This is an issue that stems from way back in August that they never fixed and never offered me a replacement or refund "AS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO ACCORDING TO AMAZON". BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! THIS COMPANY WORKS ON THE SLY, DRAGS THINGS OUT TILL YOU CANT RETURN OR HAVE THE ITEM REPLACED AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT DOING THE RIGHT THING CAUSE THEY ALLREADY HAVE YOUR MONEY.

So far so good! custom service is iffy but if you get the right representative it’s great!
First impressions: alright first thing is that my package was delayed about a week, it was a bit of a hit or miss with support depending on who you got in contact with but in the end I got in contact with a great representative (thank you robert) and he was able to give me updates and even expedited my package for free due to it being delayed (I ended up getting it in 2 days after it was shipped.) I booted up the PC and everything worked great! I ran a couple games they ran smoothly! im very new to PC gaming. this is literally my first ever PC and so far so good! I have one game that I know can be hard on computers (subnautica) so once I run that i’ll update and tell you all how it went! the RGB fans have customisable colours too which is super cool!! the only not so great thing is that it didn’t come with a set up guide in the package but that was easy to find online! So far so good! the only reason I gave 4 stars was because it was stuck at “label created” for about 2 weeks and that was incredibly frustrating and at first I couldn’t get real good answers but it was solved and I got my PC! it’s super pretty, surprisingly very quiet and so far it’s running great!!! update: one of the fans doesn’t work but it hasn’t affected it runs so far. update 2: no issues and i’ve been playing mostly genshin impact! it handled it fine so far except when I run it for excessive periods of time (9+ hours) it gets a lil slow. also it had an issue handling 32 gigs of ram not sure why but it began acting up when I put in 32 gigs despite it saying that’s what it’s CPU could handle. also top left fan still doesn’t work but it is what it is

Parts Don't Hold Up
1.) Out of the box, the HDMI consistently fails to recognize my monitor. (Tested with 3 different displays, all same result.) After start-up, or coming back from sleep-mode, I have to remove, and replug, the HDMI cable to get the computer to recognize and connect to the display. Every. Single. Time. 2.) My SSD crashed after only 7 months of use. Luckily, I had purchased the protection plan. Customer support was great and sent me a new one. But, still. Lost everything. Bought an ExtHD in case it happens again in the future, but the reliability and trust I have in the computer is gone. 3.) Headphone jack is weak and recently busted. It wouldn't recognize any headsets. I have to TAPE my jack/headphone wire to a leaning position to make a connection. I'm currently awaiting a USB connector for audio from Amazon to try to bypass this issue. Long story short: The computer is pretty. The Lights work well and the fans are effective. But every few months or so, something falls apart on it. You'll end up spending extra time and money on this computer to keep it functioning, so go ahead and opt for something a little nicer. I would not buy this again. I'll probably look at replacing it in about 3 years once I feel I've gotten my money out of it, and then sell it to a college kid who is interested in building their own kit with a cool shell.

A Good Gaming PC For A Good Price
The product was delivered safely in a lot of safety material. The PC itself looks quite sleek, and the cable management inside is very well done. The PC runs well, and did well on all the games that I played. I really liked the quality assurance checklist it went through, and the fact that all of those checks were shown to the customer. Overall, a very good gaming PC for a very good price that I would highly recommend.

no complaints--**and it's so pretty!**
sorry for the bad photo quality, but yeah i love it! i haven't had a chance to install any games yet (other than solsuite) but video and sound quality is excellent so far. it's fast, it's quiet (purrs like a kitten compared to the labouring fans in my old PC) and to top it all off it' gorgeous--and kinda super gay with the rainbow colours, which i love <3
