Amazing
I love this salt. My partner and I use it for hydration especially after night of drinking alcohol. We mix half a teaspoon of the salt, a bit of honey and lemon. It makes such a good drink while drinking alcohol and regardless the amount of alcohol consumed the fay after doesn’t feel as bad. It smells and tastes like boiled egg white but it’s easy to get used to that.

Be prepared.....
I got this as recently went vegan and read that this salt can add the illusion of egg to a recipe. It also adds a very distinctive odour - not all pleasant. The sulphur that gives the eggyness effect was a shock to me at first. I tried my recipe (vegan carbonara) while holding my nose and it was delicious! The smell was less delicious but a small price to pay. Use sparingly and be prepared for the experience. I still recommend.

Who has passed wind !
Previously found Amazon star rating to be excellent. Alas, not so this item. Like other reviews, potent smell of sulphides (rotten eggs ) So much so that decanting into open salts the fragrance drifted across the dining table. Tipped contents onto a tray and left exposed in a greenhouse to see if the smell would dissipate. At the end of a week - it hadn’t. It did, however bring back the memories of an open table meal outside a restaurant in Cuba. Great company, good food service on the slow side - what the hell - your’e on holiday. Pity that by the end of the starter over 80 percent of the group had left the table ( not to return ) as the table had been placed over an open sewer! And that is what one gets with this product

I like it!
I didn't realize how many salts were out there! It came in sealed tight packaging. I research the best type of spices and where to buy it from based on research...the different countries are I get my spices from seem to be great so far. Nice sealed container packaging. I paired this with pink himalayan and celtic salt to get the best nutrients. Only a little bit is needed. Very good taste. It will last me a long time.

It’s good salt
Ground so it can be used in shaker. This was a large amount. Taste good and I am using when I season anything the only draw back is no iodine which most of our table salt has

Unique & Delightful Salt
As a Chef I am constantly seeking new flavours with a twist, this salt provides that. I know some were complaining about the sulfur but that is part of its charm. Just mentally prepare yourself for the scent of egg salad sandwiches & you'll move past it quickly. I use this in my fresh green juices, will be using in my ramen on my Japanese eggs, & a few other egg based dishes. It’s fragrant with a mild taste that gives a quiet sulfuric aftertaste; honestly, I think it’s more of the scent of it that hits the nose, giving the impression of a stronger sulphur taste. I think this is a great salt to get creative with & am quite happy with my purchase. I found some recipes for chicken on Pinterest that use this salt so I will definitely be trying it out. This salt is a happy adventure for a more sophisticated foodie palette, it might not be everyone’s cup of tea but I for one think it’s lovely. I saw a doc on business insider on how it’s made & am grateful for the tradition being kept alive & appreciate the hard work that goes into making this salt.Be brave & bold, give it a try!
