Did anyone else NOT have loops for clipping the tethers?

I can’t find any either. The 2nd up it was windy and pulled it right off the ground. Only has loops for stakes not tethers.

Since this is sold as Amazon prime, shouldn't there be is there be a price match policy which policy available?
