Low water pressure
Non existing water pressure at the shower head. Purchased this product 6 months ago and installed and used it just last week. The water pressure is very low, basically nothing. I contacted MOEN and they don't want to exchange the product because they say there is nothing wrong with it. I am not sure what other options I have besides buying a new head shower with better water flow (2.5 GPM as opposed to this one which is 1.75 GPM).

value
I bought this because I thought it would be at home in my luxury bathroom, but it's literally just a matte black faucet. 100% would buy again, not because it's a quality product, but because I just love spending money for no reason.

Eco-Performance, ya right!
This shower head and valve trim is gorgeous! Love the look and the quality is A+. I was scared that the chrome pieces were going to be plastic, but majority of it is chromed metal. This is the good part...now for the ugly part. As you may read, this head is “eco-performance”...scrap that idea now. Moen engineers thought throwing a plug with some fractional size holes in it was going to make this a “green” product. Well it doesn’t, sorry engineers, your computer model failed you. I had this head hooked up to a 3/4hp pump and it was holding back 58 psi. After some research I found the plug that was inserted into the head to make it “eco”. Once this was removed, it was like a new product. Now I have to turn my pressure down again. So with that said, do not buy this for the 500 dollar asking price, I purchased on amazon for half the price, as it dropped one day. Just keep an eye out. Buying the eco-performance model isn't a bad idea, but be sure to remove the plug before install, this will save you days of head aches! A+ for moen manufacturing, C+ for moen engineers. What a bunch of silly gooses!
