Impossible to use
This is so frustrating… the inner bag is impossible to burst. I am living with cancer and felt the benefit of this product while in hospital. Now at home I am using all my strength but simply cannot burst the inner bag to release the heat. I have bought 40 sachets!!!! What a complete disappointment and waste of money.The system needs to be reworked and made easier to use by both healthy and health compromised customers.
