At first, the Palio Expert 3.0 Table Tennis Bat & Case felt a bit sticky, which affected my gameplay. However, after cleaning it with a sponge and water, it performed excellently. The rubber grips the ball perfectly, providing precise control and spin. The bat's construction is solid, and the included case adds convenience and style. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for both beginners and seasoned players. Highly recommended!

The grippy surface starts to lose its stickiness after about 6 months and the wooden handle gets dirty over time. Other than the the bat is great value and upgrades your game!

When I played with this I was surprised at the responsiveness of it. At 170g it is slightly heavier than my first cheap bat, but with that you get a little help with follow through for all but the delicate shots. I would not reccomend this for complete beginners because the weight and power of the rubbers would likely cause them to keep hitting it off the end of the table. But for improvers to intermediate and even lower league level, this bat will certainly not dissapoint once you get used to it. So feel free to ignore the 1/2 * reviews and get one. The rubbers are nice and sticky so you get excellent spin control and with that, having the responsiveness of the rubbers, it means that you can combine power and spin together effectively.

I bought these as a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves them! They have the right amount of grip to learn how to spin the ball well. The weight and thickness makes them really nice to play with. I feel like I have more control with these paddles than our cheaper paddles that we have. These are great beginners paddles for the price! My husband and I use them every day!

Lo primero que llama la atención es lo "pegajosa" que es la goma lo que hace que los efectos salgan sin demasiado esfuerzo. Si tu gesto técnico es adecuado la raqueta responde bien. Además no anda sobrada de velocidad lo que ayuda a controlar el golpe en situaciones más comprometidas. Esta falta de velocidad es lo que hará que la cambie en cuanto domine mejor la técnica. Muy recomendable como raqueta de iniciación.

Sono un principiante, avevo erroneamente acquistato una carbon prima di questa e iniziare a giocare con una racchetta troppo spinta agli esordi é sicuramente controproducente. Con questa migliori tecnica e rimane super controllabile in difesa. Per me la migliore in circolazione a questi prezzi per livello principiante e intermedio. Davvero top, nulla da eccepire

As a beginner player I thought I could just learn with the bats available for use which came with the tables in the class. I soon realized I would be developing habits and "feel" for bat use and would only have to re-learn them once I got a better bat. ALSO it was difficult to get any control of the hit or get a sense of how I was connecting with the ball. SO a quality bat (in your price range) is an important first step. This bat is a really great starting place, and for me will likely be just perfect to use from here on out ! I has a solid construction good grip on the rubber surfaces and the wood handle will wear in nicely. As I reviewed the other options without spending too much this Patio model seemed a perfect choice. I love it and can definitely see the improvement in my game each time I play. I highly recommend this bat. Have fun!
