Daughter, Toddler age, having recurring uti, after 8 emergency room trips with the doxtors only sending all type of antibiotics. I thought that a baggy of D-Mannose capsules would look sketchy when traveling abroad, and the bottles are so big to carry, so I bought this loose powder to carry in its small container. The little spoon it comes with doesn't measure accurately, but I got a dose each day that was "close enough." I would use it again.

I used ChatGPT to narrow down the best d-mannose and this birch-sourced d-mannose seems to be the most effective. I buy the powder and fill my own little tear mylar pouches that I bought and seal them.

Turned to this product after too many antibiotic prescriptions for UTIs. It’s works every time without fail. Less trips to the Dr. Perfect for travel.

D'manoose is a naturally occurring sugar that sticks to the bacteria (E. Coli) that commonly causes UTI's. It is then 'flushed' out of the bladder when you urinate. I have suffered from constant urine infections for 4 years, 2 of which, I was on a low dose antibiotic which did absolutely nothing in terms of relieving symptoms. It was such a pain going back to the doctor every week, just to get a urine sample sent off to see which bacteria it contained, to see which antibiotic will (hopefully) eliminate the infection. Needless to say, 4 years later & nothing had cured me. Back pain, abdominal pain, not being able to go out as I needed to go backwards & forwards to the toilet all day. It was miserable to say the least. Antibiotics also kill the 'friendly' micro-organisms which can then lead to increased risk of yeast infections amongst other gross things in women. Long story short (well, shorter...) I ended up going into retention & needed a catheter to pee. I was diagnosed with a condition that meant the retention was permanent & that meant that I was now having constant infections due to the catheter that antibiotics wouldn't cure. To say the pain was excruciating was an understatement. Whilst conducting hours of research to find some sort of relief I came across d'manoose & thought, after all these years, surely, something available on Amazon, that's natural, just wouldn't cure me. Surely it was too good to be true, the reviews had to be false? Well, I've had a catheter for 3.5 years now & I've been using this for 2 years. In those 2 years, I've had 3 infections & they've gone within 12 hours of upping the dosage when symptomatic. I take 1 teaspoon a day dissolved in a glass of water (whilst always drinking plenty of water during the course of the day to flush the bladder out) and 3 teaspoons (dissolved in a glass of water) a day when symptomatic. I avoid anything cranberry related as I find that can irritate the bladder further. The recommended dosage is * For treatment of UTIs: 1 teaspoon (about 2 grams) for adults, ½ to 1 teaspoon for children, dissolved in a glass of water and repeated every two to three hours. Continue for two to three days after symptoms have disappeared. * For preventing recurring infections: Start with the dosages listed above for treatment, then gradually reduce the dose, if possible. * For prevention of post-intercourse UTIs: Take 1 tablespoon one hour prior to intercourse and another tablespoon immediately afterward.

Ma fille qui fait souvent des infections urinaires à testé la D-mannose. Ce n'est pas n'importe quel sucre, en principe en cas d'infection il faut éviter les sucres qui fixe les bactéries à l'intérieur de la vessie, alors que ce sucre permet de les éliminer et cela sans danger pour le corps. Après avoir fait plusieurs recherche sur des forums à la recherche de produit naturel, ce produit revenait régulièrement. Certes il est un peu cher, et le contenu est de la poudre blanche, alors on se pose des questions (ahahaha) mais j'ai testé et vu que c'était sans effet indésirables après l'avoir donné à ma fille qui l'a testé, il n'a pas forcément de gout très sucré, mélangé à un peu d'eau les enfants comme les adultes peuvent le boire tranquillement. Cela évite les antibiotiques, j'ai éradiqué les infections urinaires de ma fille grâce à ce produit. J'en suis très contente. J'ai eu une visite chez l'urologue qui ne connaissait pas ce produit et qui m'a dit après avoir été regardé sa fiche sur un site, qu'effectivement c'était bien, par contre dessus il n'y a pas de lobbies des laboratoires. Donc c'est le grand problème d'aujourd'hui, un médecin ne vous le prescrira pas, même s'il sait que cela évite les antibios et que ça marche plus rapidement et mieux, mais bon ça c'est le grand problème d'aujourd'hui avec le monde de la sécu... Un buen producto para librarte de las infecciones Urinarias por E.coli, pero sólo es efectivo para la bacteria E.coli.No me ha producido efectos secundarios ,es fácil de tomar.Lo tomo habitualmente para prevenirlas
