Just what I needed! THE only accurate wrist monitor I have found!
I have tried other wrist monitors but none of them, until this one, have been accurate. My doctor even said "there are no wrist monitors" that she would recommend. But, I recently tried my dad's Omron & it was spot on so I ordered this one & it matches up perfectly with my cuff that has been tested at the clinic against their monitors. My blood pressure varies so much, my doctor wants me to take it frequently but it isn't do-able with my cuff. I am SO glad I found this. Now I can take it on the go, first thing in the morning & whenever I feel weird as my doctor is constantly adjusting my meds to find the perfect fit. I was able to print out my results for her & she was thrilled to have the records. The only slight issue is that on the display in the app, the numbers overlap & make them hard to read sometimes but it isn't a big deal as I can see it on the monitor just fine. It is just an app issue. I am so glad I didn't give up, I purchased other wrist monitors that were awful & returned them. This one is SO portable & so easy, it isn't a huge ordeal to use it so I use it all the time!

Highly recommend
My husband has to monitor his blood pressure regularly. This works so great and is so much easier than the arm monitor that we were using. It’s accurate and the quality is great! I liked it so much I purchased a second one for my dad

This is my third purchase of this item, the first purchased lasted approximately 4 years, the second one was not working properly, returned it,and purchased another one. Working great just like the first one. I highly recommend this item, convenient to use and carry with you should you have to.

This cuff takes some getting used to but it does work
I’ve recently had heart issues so my doc recommends that I take my blood pressure frequently to stay on top of things. I like how small and portable this cuff is. I tend to take my blood pressure more often because I can keep this where I need it without it taking up too much room or looking out of place. I found the cuff hard to get used to, since in the past I’ve only used the upper arm style cuff. You need to read the directions and follow them closely to get accurate results. If I deviate from the instructions, I’ve found the cuff gives some wild readings. However it is very accurate used correctly and matches the readings I get at my docs office. I like the companion app that it works with… it makes it easy to track my readings so I can give an accurate report to my doctor at each appointment.

IT GIVES VERY INACCURATE RESULTS!
DO NOT BUY! I was very excited that they offered a wrist monitor. Received it, and AMAZING…my HIGH blood pressure changed to extremely LOW blood pressure. Had a doctor appointment, and my BP tested HIGH. I told the doctor I had changed to the new BP meds she ordered, and was testing using this device. She IMMEDIATELY looked at me with obvious bad news and said: “Those wrist monitors are NOTORIOUSLY inaccurate”. Well, YES! For a week I trusted this stupid contraption and it kept giving FALSE results. I now have two of the arm cuff varieties, and the readings are spot on. This contraption could have caused a SERIOUS medical emergency. I am livid, and returning it. Just a warning to others!

Bought to replace my old one
Unfortunately my dog snuck my original OMRON off the table and destroyed it. I was devastated because I really, really liked the device. That said. I’m very happy with my new one. There are a few extra features that make it more functional. I connected it to my smartphone and it automatically logs my readings, this means I can easily share them with my cardiologist and GP. So convenient and easy. I highly recommend this device.

Powerhouse of a BP monitor
You guys!! Get this BP cuff. It's the best. On 1 set of batteries it just gives reading after reading after readings! I love that the cuff is absolutely silent. No noise. The results are super fast and accurate. I know most will think:: "why would I spend $75 on a BP reader"? I thought the same thing. But I got it and don't regret the price. It is so so worth it 👌. You download the Omron app and this is like having the Dr's right in the room. It tracks your BP's. It can track up to 2 people thru the app. Tons of tutorials and tips, along with a tracker of readings you can share with others! Or you may have a parent with this monitor and you need to see their readings, no problem. The app also has a medication tracker with in-depth options in regards to the medication you take. I am someone who has to get weekly infusions and during those infusions i have to take my BP every 15 minutes for 7 hours! This machine is a work horse! I purchased this cuff in July of 2023! I have nothing negative to report. I love the speediness of taking the BP, and ALL the Bluetooth goodies on the app. Check ✔️ it out, its worth every cent!

Detailed Review with Pros and Cons
I bought this for my visually impaired 74-year old mother who also has dexterity issues from a stroke. She can’t use her arm blood pressure cuff on herself because of her dexterity issues. I chose the Omron wrist blood pressure machine because the description listed that it can connect to Alexa-enabled devices, so I was hoping that she could use Alexa to read her measurements to her. There are some great things about this device and some not so great, so I found it hard to rate. 0 stars - it is NOT compatible with Alexa-enabled devices. I tried connecting it to the Alexa app on my mom’s iPhone and her Echo Dot, but they won’t connect. The Alexa app does not show any Omron device as compatible. 0 stars - The display. I’m not visually impaired, but even I had a hard time reading it in low light. My mom could not read it at all, even with her magnifying glass. 4 stars - Omron Connect app. Downloaded the app, created an account, then easily paired the device with the app on my Mom’s iPhone (12, I think). The description says the app is free, which is true, but it lists features that are only available with a paid premium subscription, like being able to share your data with your doctor. The more robust reporting is also premium, but if you need basic tracking of your BP, it can do that in a line graph. In the free version, you can also set up reminders to take your BP, medicine, and some other things that I don’t remember at the moment. Sorry. The Omron Connect app also stores data from any Bluetooth-enabled Omron device, like their scale, so I thought it was nice feature to have all that data in one place. BONUS - My mom can use the iPhone accessibility feature to read the screen to her, so her iPhone will read her measurements to her. 5 stars - Ease of use. Even with her dexterity issues, she is able to get the cuff secured on her wrist. She can feel the start/stop button to easily start the machine. 2 stars - Noise level. This thing is quiet! However, there is no beep to let you know it’s finished reading your blood pressure, and since the display is difficult to see for a visually impaired person, or if in low light, this makes it difficult to know when the device is done. 4 stars - Comfort. This would be great for someone with sensory issues that can’t stand the squeeze of an arm cuff. You can hardly feel the squeeze on your wrist (I tested it on myself, too). The trade off is it takes longer than an arm cuff to inflate and read your BP, as well as you don’t have that pressure release and noise to know the device is done reading. We would have returned the device because of the display if her iPhone couldn’t read the measurements to her. There is a cheaper wrist device on Amazon that will read the measurements out loud, however, because the app keeps track of the measurements and gives me basic reporting I can show the doctors at my mom’s visits, we decided to keep it. I think that about covers it. I’ll update my review as my mother begins using it regularly. Hopefully she will actually do it now that we found a device that overcomes her dexterity and visually impairment issues. Hopefully…..
