Bath & Body Works’ Dark Kiss Fine Fragrance Mist is a beautifully seductive scent that has quickly become one of my favorites. The blend of berries, dark vanilla, and a touch of musk creates a rich and warm fragrance that’s perfect for evening wear or cooler months. It’s sweet without being overpowering, and the darker notes give it a sophisticated, alluring vibe. The mist is light and easy to apply, and it lingers for a good amount of time, although I do find myself reapplying throughout the day if I want the scent to last longer. The packaging is gorgeous and easy to carry in my bag for touch-ups. I like this scent, can’t get it at Bath and Body. Doesn’t last long on but I still like it.

I decided to give this a shot because it’s different than anything I’ve tried based on the notes. I stopped going to bath and body works when I got out of high school in 2006 so I haven’t been aware of the new scents and this came out in 2010. I decided to check it out on fragrantica (don’t do that unless you want to feel real old) and I was surprised to see so many young people say they’re over it and it reminds them of a juvenile scent or high school, essentially how most of us 30+ feel about love spell. I decided to get it anyway and was so surprised because to me this is dark, mysterious, musky sweet and very “grown” smelling, I guess the younger generation was introduced to mature scents while we were given girly fruity perfumes because dark kiss is NOT juvenile! The bergamot incense mixed with the dark berries really give it a mature dark seductive smell. They still sell this scent in stores but unfortunately not the EDP, I’d recommend smelling it in store and buying it here if you like it since it is 50% cheaper here on Amazon.

I dunno what it is about this fragrance, but it smells so nostalgic to me. It's a very seductive and elegant berry vanilla fragrance that is sweet, but in a mature and alluring sort of way. It's the epitome of a woman's prime. It's my absolute new favorite perfume, I've been using pink sugar for a couple years, this has the same innocent and flirty quality to it, except it's much more sophisticated and grown up. This is a fragrance for women who enjoy the little things, are youthful and yet far from naive. I love it!! At first spray, I was highly dissatisfied with the scent because it just smelled like cheap, generic, alcohol-y fragrance, once it settled though it was like liquid nostalgia that made me feel beautiful and at peace. Give it a try, see what you think. I rolled the dice based on the reviews and I couldn't be happier. And I am extremely particular.
